The description of backyard was much better than the reality. It definitely needs some TLC. The neighborhood was sketchy, but the location to Sea World was great. The couch is very uncomfortable, and impossible to just lean back on very low back cushion. All and all it was okay, and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, this property is great. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable, the couch is huge so perfect for seating a lot of people. The house is decorated really nice and overall a great VRBO. We only had a few issues. While overall the neighborhood appears nice and safe, the immediate neighbors property is run down and lots of junk around, they have feral cats (or at least outdoor cats) that wonder around the property, we counted at least 5 different cats at one point. The other issue is the space in the living room and kitchen. The couch is great but it is so big that it makes walking through the living space challenging, it gets pretty tight. And while not in their control, the house behind leaves their dogs outside all night so there was constant barking all night long. It could have just been that week but we were there 3 nights and they barked all 3 nights.
