The space
Indoor Spaces – Your Comfort Zone
Step inside and feel instantly at home in warm, thoughtfully designed spaces that offer comfort, style, and convenience.

Bedrooms:
Our home features three inviting bedrooms, located on the ground and first floor, each equipped with queen-sized beds, attached bathrooms, ACs, ceiling fans, extra blankets, pillows, and cozy seating areas. A private balcony adds a relaxing touch to one of the rooms—perfect for your morning coffee or stargazing at night.

Bathrooms:
Each of the three bathrooms is attached to the bedrooms and comes with a shower, soap, fresh towels, jet sprays, sink with mirrors, exhaust fans, and a geyser for hot water comfort. Though we keep it simple with basic toiletries, the functionality ensures a fresh start or wind-down to your day.

Living Area:
Our spacious living room on the ground floor welcomes you with cozy sofas, a 43-inch TV with streaming options, AC, ceiling fan, and plenty of room for everyone to gather, play games, or share stories. The living room is connected to the open kitchen—making for a warm, communal feel.

Dining Area:
Enjoy your meals together at our 10-seater dining table, designed for family feasts, late-night snacks, or board game marathons.

Kitchen:
Whether you love to cook or just need the basics, our fully equipped kitchen has everything: gas stove, microwave, double-door fridge, barbeque utensils, kettle, RO water, and more. Heavy cooking is absolutely allowed—and if you need a chef on call, we’ve got that covered too (charges depend on your menu). Outside food? Absolutely allowed.
Need laundry help? Just ask, and we’ll provide access to our washing machine (no extra cost).
Need to use LPG gas cylinder, got that covered too (Rs. 700 additional charge)

Food Delivery: Yes! We’re covered by Zomato and Swiggy.




Outdoor Spaces – Nature’s Lap
Step out into a private garden with seating for up to 70 people, perfect for events, bonfires, or simply soaking up the sun. Whether you’re sipping tea, hosting a celebration, or just breathing in the fresh air, the lush greenery and open skies provide the perfect backdrop.

Swimming Pool:
Cool off in our 30x20 ft private pool, with a depth of 5 feet, plus a 2-ft kiddie pool for your little ones. Pool towels, lights, and a filtration system ensure it’s clean and ready to use anytime. Prefer a late-night dip? Go ahead—it’s open 24/7.

Need a movie night with your gang, we got a projector by the pool, plan a movie night, absolutely free of charge

For a bit extra (INR 300), you can even fire up the coal barbeque by the pool.

Bonfire evenings? We can arrange that for just INR 500/one time set up, just let us know in advance.

Outdoor Games & Play Area:
We’ve got bat-and-ball for fun cricket match and a children’s play zone in the garden.
Plenty of space for fun and laughter.
Guest access
You’ll have complete access to the entire home and its grounds, including the private pool, garden, kitchen, BBQ setup, entertainment areas, and all indoor and outdoor amenities. Whether it’s a quiet couple’s weekend or a group getaway, the space is yours to enjoy.

• Power backup is available via inverter, so you’re never without comfort.
• Wi-Fi is available for those who need to stay connected.
• We have CCTV cameras installed for your safety (public areas only).
• First aid kit is provided.
• The space is not wheelchair accessible.
• We recommend Jio and Airtel networks for best connectivity.
• Fire extinguishers are not available, so we encourage cautious behavior in kitchen and bonfire zones.
• Private Parking for more than 5 cars available on-site.



House Rules
• Check-in: After 12:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp (please inform the caretaker)
• Base occupancy: 15 | Up to 25 allowed (Additional charge per extra guest after 15)
• Pets: Allowed. Please don’t allow them on beds or in the kitchen. No extra fee applied
• Smoking & Alcohol: Allowed, but outdoors only, and strictly according to Hyderabad exercise regulations.
• Quiet hours: 1:00 AM – 6:00 AM
• Security deposit collected during check in: INR 2500 (refundable at the time of checkout)
• Events/Parties: Allowed up to 70 people (charges vary, please confirm in prior)




Pool Rules – For Your Safety & Enjoyment
-No Lifeguard On Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, evenwhile using the kids pool (2 ft).
-Foot Rinse Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt before entering the pool.
-No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only. Broken glass is hazardous and will incur a cleaning fee.
-No Diving or Rough Play: The pool is 5 ft deep—jumping or diving is not permitted for safety reasons.
-Pool Towels Provided: Please don’t use indoor towels for the pool.
-No Food in the Pool: Enjoy snacks at the garden seating area instead.
-Alcohol & Swimming: Drink responsibly—excessive alcohol and swimming don’t mix.
-Emergency Contact: In case of emergency, call the caretaker immediately
