Waterfront Cottage on Beautiful Horseshoe Cove, Cape Rosier, Brooksville
New two-story shorefront cozy cottage has beautiful views of Horseshoe Cove from both floors.
Just a short walk to our dock and pocket beach.
Horseshoe Cove is unique and is off Penobscot Bay with all its islands and coves.
Cozy, comfortable living room, kitchen/dining area, and downstairs bathroom with shower, antique marble sink, and toilet.
Upstairs is a studio with northern light for artists and a large open bedroom with queen-size bed and two rocking chairs in front of the arched window with view to the cove.
Across the road is Holbrook Island Sanctuary State Park with miles of trails to hike.
Across the cove is another wildlife refuge to explore.
Cape Rosier Road leads to Bakeman’s Beach with beautiful views with stunning views to the stunning islands of Penobscot Bay.
Canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles are available locally and they deliver and pick up at our property.
Acadia National Park is in the area along with many other scenic attractions.
In town is the well-known capital Tinder Hearth Bakery with wood-fired pizza, bread, and pastries.
Bucks Harbor Market with deli and country store as well as Bucks Restaurant.
The Bagaduce Launch is a takeout spot on the banks of the reversing tidal falls.
