Welcome to our comfortably modern, family-friendly 2/1 Bungalow with easy access to downtown, Red Rocks, the Rocky Mountains and much more! You will be close to all major Denver highways I-70, I-76, I-25. Location is just under 3 miles to many attractions in Denver: Union Station, Coors Field, Highland Square, Tennyson Street and Empower Field at Mile High. A short walk to Regis University, coffee shops, parks, and local eateries. Business, entertainment or recreation; It's all here!
The space:
Upon walking in, you'll feel right at home in our 2/1 modern bungalow. The home has been renovated to modernize the space while keeping the bungalow charm. The large kitchen island is a show stopper! With seating for 6, you can host dinner or use during the day as a flexible work space. Stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer in the unit add modern conveniences to your stay. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and tv. The second bedroom hosts a bunk bed w/ a twin and queen mattress. There is plenty of seating in the living room, a flat-screen TV, and access to cable & wifi.
Guest access:
Self Check-in Instructions will be sent before your stay. Our home is separated into 2 apartments. The main unit is rented out. You may see other renters in the entryway stair well. This unit is completely private from the main unit besides the common entry-way stairwell.
Other things to note
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
Dogs are allowed. We charge a $250 non-refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay per month (additional pets are $125 extra per month). Please inquire about multiple pets, a multiple month stay, or if you are traveling with cats.
There is a basement unit and tenant directly below you.
Complimentary in-stay clean maybe requested half way through the stay.
We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS:
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
