We never received check in instructions. Property owner wouldn’t message me back. Had to call VRBO two times, both phone calls lasting over an hour. They were unable to get in touch with property. I did receive a refund, and when the property finally got back to us they said the reservation was cancelled because they “couldn’t verify age”. Do not recommend booking here, but VRBO was helpful.

Never was given the check in info even after many attempts by myself and VRBO reps. As I arrived, they decided to refund my money.
