We have lived in this area for over 40 years as snowbirds from CT but here full time for the past 8 years. With so many days of sunshine, it’s a happy place to be.
Why they chose this property
Southbay is a beautiful and unique community as it is one of the few places where you can have your boat in the marina which is part of the property. It doesn’t have cookie-cutter type living, instead, it has uniquely designed homes. Southbay is great for dog or people walking. There are lots of activities offered like tennis, pickle ball, yoga, water aerobics and a convenient workout facility.
What makes this property unique
Our home is a great place to find refuge with three areas to find a comfortable place to read, nap or play scrabble and chess.
It’s very private and has a brand new swimming pool. We are with walking distance to the clubhouse where there is a gorgeous community pool which overlooks the marina on the intercoastal waterway.
We have beautiful sunsets!
