- Ample free street parking. Pay attention to street sweeping signs where applicable.
- The garage is not accessible to guests

- Easy access with a smart lock and unique guest code.

PRIMARY RULES
- No smoking of any kind inside the home (vapes, cigarettes, marijuana, etc). There is a minimum fine of $1500. Marijauna and vaping is allowed outside but please be conscientious of open windows/doors and outdoor furniture.
- No drugs of any kind.
- No parties.
- No loud noise after 10pm. The city enforces quiet hours from 10pm-9am for short-term rentals.

THINGS TO NOTE
- Trash/Recycling pickup is Thursday morning. We would appreciate it if you put all trash/recycling in the bins in the driveway.
- Yard maintenance occurs on Tuesdays
- The lawn/yard is not perfect. There are natural undulations, dirt patches and growth. We hope to make it pristine in the near future and appreciate your understanding that nature is nature.

We take a lot of pride in providing a clean hospitable stay to our guests. We ask that you reciprocate by treating the place as though it were your own.

We have amazing neighbors! Please be respectful of them by containing your volume, especially while outside. We ask for your cooperation to keep the neighborhood pleasant, for all to enjoy.
