Fountainhead is a light-filled, cabin-style retreat that sleeps 10 comfortably, with room for up to 14. Featuring 4 queen bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 on the ground floor), 2.5 baths, and extra sleeping options, it’s perfect for families or groups. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a summer-use private pool, and a spacious deck with stunning views. Contemporary furnishings and a Baldwin piano add charm, while a two-car port offers convenience—all nestled in peaceful, natural surroundings.

For your safety, to preserve the natural beauty of the property, and out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10pm.

Parties and events with more than 10 guests are strictly prohibited.

Please stay on visible paths.

Do not use the outdoor fireplace or fire pit if winds are high or the surrounding area is dry.

Do not enter the marsh area under any circumstances.

Strictly no swimming, fishing, or boating in the pond.

Do not enter the standalone garage, as it is reserved exclusively for property maintenance.
