Great multi family rental

The house was beautiful! It was great having a separate living room upstairs. Worked out perfect for us. The owner was quick to reply to messages and wonderful to deal with. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving in Cornelius

The location is great! Traffic can be difficult but you have to choose the time of day to go through town. The house worked for me although it would be great to have additional kitchen items; non-stick pans, electric can opener-items that don't cost alot but makes for a better offering. The dining room chairs also need replacing as if you sit in the two cloth chairs, you sink almost through them! Other than that, things were great! I enjoyed my time in NC!

Lovely Home!

The home had everything we needed for a family of four and the location is phenomenal. Eli was amazing and kept in touch even though the place was so great we didn’t need anything. Great long stay while we waited for our new home to be ready! Thank you Eli!

Great stay!

This house was perfect! Very spacious! We loved having the neighborhood pool. The owner was very prompt with communication. We had an issue with the smoke alarms and he came out within hours to fix it. The neighborhood is very nice, pretty, and safe. It was also only about 25-30 min from Charlotte.

Lovely house and neighborhood

The house was very big and extremely homey. We really enjoyed the neighborhood too. The people were friendly and the community pool was great. Home is close to everything - dining, shopping, etc. Owner is very responsive to all needs and request. We hated to leave! Would definitely recommend. Thanks Eli for letting us stay in your wonderful house!
