The properties are also located 1/4 mile from one of the best beaches on the island. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location. Beautiful deck. Comfortable bed and 's fantastic. Sitting area good.the only negatives were air conditioning ceiling vents were filthy and bedroom dresser should be taller with more drawers for storage therefore the tv would be up higher for better viewing.

Nice quiet place

Place was very nice, only complaint was the shower was luke warm to cool. I went to the office and asked them to have someone look at it. I don't know if anyone did, we didn't see anyone but we were out most of the time, either way it never got any warmer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not as clean as expected. The floors were very dirty and when I pulled out a pan to cook, there was still food in it. I felt I had to wash the dishes before using them. The kitchen faucet was rusted and hard to use. The unit did have good air-conditioning which was great in the Florida summer.
