This Shipyard unit has a Queen bed, one bathroom, very sunny, bright condo.It has a very nice large deck balcony facing Ft. Zachery, on the second level complete with outdoor patio furniture and is very close to the community pool.One to two week stays, two person limit. The Shipyard Condominiums is located in the Truman Annex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The property is also located mile from one of the best beaches on the island.

We would definitely return! Compass reality was awesome to work with also. They were responsive when we had a small issue and accommodated us with a early check in and a late check out.

Located at the entrance to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, we were very close to one of the nicest beaches in Key West and within walking distance to Duval St. and everything it has to offer. The condo was vey clean and comfortable with a large balcony, washer and dryer and updated kitchen appliances.

Island Spa - a great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent may times in KW and always stay at the Truman Annex. This Condo is one of the better ones as it is very clean, quiet, and the outside deck is larger and more private, and the stairs leading up are carpeted. Overall this a great place to stay and will be back again.
