1st Floor Beach Access 2-Bedroom Condo in Geneva U1

Totally renovated 1st floor condo walking distance to any where in Geneva on the Lake!! Granite countertops, custom tile shower/tub, and a private deck area w patio furniture!! You have direct beach access within 100 feet of the patio. Plenty of parking and we just added an EV charger for additional cost. We are local patrons of GOTL and hope you support our small business and we would love the chance to earn your business!

Our newly remodeled condo include 3 Queen beds between 2 bedrooms. Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a private patio/deck!

Check out our outdoor area, includes picnic table, fire pit & gas grill!

Everything was great. Very clean and easy to find. People were parked in our spot a couple of days, but we were able to find street parking. Didn't have a cutting board for prepping food, but we used a plate as a replacement. Overall was a great stay!

We had clear instructions and directions. Host was responsive to our questions. Very clean over-all. Plenty of room and comfortable for our family to spend New Years Eve. There were winter weather advisories. The sidewalk was shoveled for us upon arrival which we appreciated.

It was a very good stay - the condo was very clean. Comfortable living room, clean bathroom, nice carpeting, clean kitchen and appliance. Overall, I would definitely rent this condo again. Owner was very nice and responsive. Location was excellent. Only issue was the swarming of Midges (mayflies) that over took the entrance way/vestibule area of the condo. They were literally covering every building in Geneva this weekend (10/17-10/19/25). Some kind of bug zapper or preventative measure would have reduced the thousands of flies buzzing around our heads and that got in when we opened the door. They're harmless, but dozens of flies getting into the kitchen was a real nuisance. Maybe consider a bug zapper or some kind of spray? Overall, though, great place! Would definitely rent this condo again!! Thank you!!
