Expansive beach, gulf and resort views from every room of this updated condo. Only steps to the recently redone year-round heated pool and hot tub. Uncrowded beach with security means that you will always have some sand to spread out on.
The updated kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic necessities for preparing a quick meal and a wonderful beach view that will have the chef in the family with plenty of help preparing meals. With a totally redesigned spacious and open layout it will be a focal point during your vacation.
The master bedroom is airy with a king-sized bed and a huge wall of windows that bring the beautiful Gulf of Mexico right into the bedroom. Attached to the expansive master bedroom is a nice full bathroom. For additional peace and quiet, there is also a small, private balcony that is perfect for enjoying that morning cup of coffee. The second bedroom has another king-sized bed with closet and plenty of room to spread out. The third bedroom is located just across the hall and has two queen sized beds which are perfect for any extra guests or little ones and has another completely remodeled bathroom right outside in the hallway.
This private gated community of Beachside One is a perfect beach retreat for your family. We are within walking distance to the Beach House restaurant and the Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort and their Spa, Serenity by the Sea as well as their many restaurants and conference center, but we are far enough away that we have a little peace and space from the crowded beaches through our own private, gated beach access. - Primary renter must be 25 and must be present at all times.

Perfect family vacation

Place was great and very spacious for our family! Kitchen has most all your needs- if you are staying long bring a larger size frying pan. Check in and out was easy. Condo was easy access to the pool beach and restaurants! Very of the beach from the condo is beautiful!

Wonderful beach trip

We stayed in a 3 BR Beachside 1 unit. Kitchen very well equipped. The view was nearly panoramic. The property is well kept and the pier is an easy walk to the sand. Enjoyed fireworks from the side balcony. Nothing. negative to say.

Great Stay

We had a great stay and the condo was clean. The view was awesome and especially from master bedroom. We were on the beach most of the time. One item to note on the way to the beach, you get off the elevator on 2nd floor and walk the boardwalk. There are steps down to the beach, so this is not handicap accessible or if you have a rolling cart for supplies. The 2nd bathroom was a little small to share between the other two bedrooms but adequate. The master bath was very nice along with a large walk in closet. There was a Keurig, coffee maker, blender and an undercounter ice maker which was nice. We would stay again.

Wonderful Stay- Worth the extra money!

We love this area in Sandestin/Miramar Beach. We always stay in beachside two and this was our first time in beachside one. The brand new pool/hot tub area is amazing. The security officer here is so helpful for keeping the beach clear to only beachside one visitors which is nice it’s not so crowded because of it. Love it, we will be back for sure!! Communication with the management was great also! The two balconies were nice for different shade options later in the day.

Fantastic family vacation spot

We were more than pleased with not only the condo itself but the resort property and all it had to offer. Even with some less than ideal weather a couple of days we still found lots to do. Highly recommend to any family looking for a place to park your car and not have to drive until you leave (unless you want to explore outside the resort area).

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. The location and private beach are exceptional. The pool area has been redone and is very nice. The condo was clean and ready for us. It is well equipped with everything you need. It feels more like being at home than in a rental space.

Not what it used to be

We have stayed in this unit several time and have been pleased, but not this time. Listing states recently updated but it hasn’t changed in several years. The cleaning service for this unit left much to be desired. Bathrooms were dirty and lacking toilet paper, floors were dirty, washer and dryer were subpar, no soap, etc.etc. Also the bed linens were old. The location of the property is great but we won’t be staying in this unit again.

Excellent location and prompt communication when needed

The location of the property was fantastic and being directly on a private beach is always a plus! We were never crowded and had space for the kids to play. As a family, we really enjoyed the beach chairs, numerous puzzles, and DVDs that were already in the condo. We did have a couple of hiccups while there (pool was being renovated and the oven stopped baking) but the owner promptly answered emails within minutes to provide a detailed location with step by step directions to the temporary pool and also to state a repairman would be requested for the oven. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and my family is already talking about coming back!

We normally rent houses off the beach but never again! This condo was located right on beach. We didn’t even need shoes. Just walk right out to beach! We could easily come back for lunches etc. View of beach was perfect from condo. Enjoyed coffee on the patio and dinners at the big dining table overlooking ocean.
