We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean. The host was great and answered any questions we had right away. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of spices for cooking which was nice. We enjoyed the grill and the outside areas of the property. For us, It was an excellent place to stay.

We had a fantastic time! So much to applaud with this rental:1. The host! Megan was SUPER responsive and got back to us right away on everything. She was very helpful and made sure we had a wonderful stay. 5/5 for her!2. The location - just inside the main entrance. It can be easy to miss if you go too fast but it's both closet to the main entrance and close to the Marina beach. I walked down there several times. 3. The house - plenty of rooms, plenty of beds, and plenty of common areas for us all to hang out. The kitchen affords enough space to cook and has everything - cups, plates, cooking implements, dishwasher, tea kettle, etc. This is a gorgeous house and, despite being pet friendly, it did not smell of animals but was clean and neat.Would definitely rent again!

Pine Mountain Lake

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the basketball hoop, pool table and good internet connection! We cooked most meals in and the house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and Megan was a great host!

Great family house

We had an amazing time! The home was clean snd comfortable. The location is amazing. Close enough to town to have dinner, but peaceful at the house. Easy distance to all in Yosemite. Coffee each morning on the deck listening to the birds. It wsd also great to be able to walk to the lake. Megan was very responsive and checked in to make sure all went smoothly. We will stay here again!

Birthday celebration!

We went up to celebrate our Aunt’s 70th birthday party and had family who live in the area come by to join us. Megan was so helpful and welcoming! We will definitely be returning.

Comfortable house for a large family

The house had spacious rooms and the outside deck areas had plenty of space for our family to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans and appliances necessary to prepare meals for our large family.

Paradise for kids

We had kids from 6 to 15 in our group, and they all had a blast. So many toys and things to do on the property, tons of games, and the wrap around porches were great for tag. Very well stocked and maintained, this house was perfect for our group.

Family friendly and close to lake access!

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! It’s perfect for large families and especially great for kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the layout made it easy to spend time together without feeling crowded. The house stayed nice and cool thanks to great air conditioning, even on the hotter days.The location is fantastic—very close to the lake, which made lake days super convenient, especially with kids. The area felt peaceful and safe, and we made so many fun memories here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway near the water!

Great host

Megan was a great host! She was super helpful in providing information for check in and responsive while we were there. The house had everything we needed. Especially liked all of the kid toys. Downstairs got real cold at night but we had plenty of blankets. Overall great stay. Would go again!

It is great!

A lovely cabin in a nice neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the basketball hoop while adults enjoyed the patio. We appreciated the location as it is nearby a local lake, super market, ice-cream shop, etc and it is not that far of a drive to get into Yosemite National Park — which is amazing!

Family Friendly

This is a wonderful home with room for everyone. You can be together indoors or outdoors but still have separate private rooms. Megan, the host,is attentive and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Great property and location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was well appointed with everything we needed. All we brought was our food and clothing. The surrounding community (HOA) had a great swimming lake, snack bar (ideal for teenagers), lake boat rides, fun fishing, a pool and of course Yosemite National Park was only 1 1/2 hours away. The town of Groveland is a cute as can be and the nearby grocery store was convenient. My group of 10 definitely wants to return. Thank you Megan. This was a great stay!

Great for family!

Our family of 11 from 3 to 70 had a great time! The house was great for us and Megan was very responsive! Easy access to the house and the lake/beach was wonderful! Kids loved the pool table/play room, but didn’t want to sleep downstairs by themselves so if you’re planning to have young kids in the one bedroom downstairs they may not want to be there by themselves. All other bedrooms are upstairs (worked out for us, just an FYI). Kitchen has everything you need! One of the best equipped kitchens we’ve ever had in a rental (thank you!). We loved our stay and think it’s a great house! Plenty of room for all of us and 3 bathrooms is a big plus for a group! Thank you Megan for being a great host!
