1 Bedroom Studio On Beach With Ocean View

Ocean view 6 floor 1 bedroom studio in this hi-end complex boasts 6 pools, hot tub, lap pool. Large pool and exercise area on the 28th floor overlooking Banderas Bay. Close to the airport, grocery shopping, restaurants plus only a short walk to Puerto Vallarta's famous Malecon. Fully equipped kitchen, A/C, 65 inch smart TV, washer/dryer, sofa sleeper couch, on demand hot water system plus a 5 stage filtration drinking water system. No lugging bottled water. 11 foot patio overlooking the beach.
The space
Kitchen has a 2 burner hot plate, toaster oven, crockpot, coffee maker. 5 stage filtered water for drinking or cooking. please let the filtered water run a couple of minutes as it comes out warm because of the ultra Violet lamp. Condo has the latest on demand hot water system, no hot water tank. For hot water run a minute and then continuce hot water. Split air conditioner is not like central air which shuts itself off. Once your desired temperature is reached the A/C split air conditioner keeps the fan blowing so you have to shut it off manually. If you use the Washer/Dryer, an operating manual is in the drawer under the TV. Using the sofa bed, just lift and pull out towards you. Please shut off the A/C when leaving the condo as electricity is expense in Puerto Vallarta. The A/C will reduced the heat by 2 degrees within 15 minutes so you will always be comfortable.
