About this property

1 of the Safest neighborhoods in America. Unique one of a kind with Hot Tub.

This vacation home is a very clean & quiet. It's great for every season.
This unit 4 bed 3 bath will sleep 9 total. 3 couples and one adult or up to three children. Also someone could sleep on the couch.
The full house is yours. Garages are not included. Very quiet and private. Invite your friends it has a apartment style basement with a full fridge microwave toilet and shower also separate entrances and a door that can lock in between units for privacy.

Parking is no problem up to four to five cars in the summertime two to three cars in the winter time.
There are a lot of fun things to do within just a few miles. Skiing, sleding, snow boarding and great winter sight seeing.
Hiking, biking, golfing, and great mountain scenery in the summer. and after all that relax in the hot tub, We would love to have you your family and friends to stay.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Always turn barbecue propane tank off when not using.
Always cover patio furniture before checkout
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes on carpet. Fire places text xxx-xxx-xxxx for instructions before use. Patio furniture cover before check out.
Smoking outside under deck only use ashtray. Hot tub place cover back on after every use. No parking in garage. No parking on hill driveway.
Garbage day is onThursday morning please wheel out to the street on Wednesday night. Dishwasher load add soap and start befor check out.

This was a great spot for our ski vacation. Easy to access different resorts and have restaurants close by in the evenings for dinner. There was a spot for our skis and boots in the house and nice touches such as lots of charging ports and motion sensor lights outside. The hot tub was great for relaxing in after a full day of skiing. Highly recommend!!!

This home was very well equipped. They had multiple rolls of paper towels and toilet paper. All linens and bedding was nice. The owner responded very quickly to a question about one of the fireplaces. Great location for canyons and a quiet street. House was very clean. This house has everything that often much more expensive homes have including seating for a group, a game room and two living spaces.

Great Spot Near Little Cottonwood Canyon

Close enough to leave by 7am and beat the rush up Little Cottonwood Canyon Road, which is mega if you’ve never done that drive before after 8:30am.Place was clean and had plenty of space for the 7 of us that were staying there.

Home Away From Home

This was our second stay. We love the coziness of the house, the nearby park, restaurants and shopping. The owners are so easy to communicate with and make everything so welcoming. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

Great location and 30 minutes to ski areas

Great place for 4 adults. We had 2 cars so his place was perfect for us. The hot tub was what we needed after a hard day of skiing. Easy access to the Canyon road and close to ski rentals, grocery store and some good restaurants. We will be coming back next year.

The home was as advertised, comfortable and cozy and accommodated six adults easily. Very close to head to Snowbird and Alta (as well as Brighton and Solitude). Plenty of restaurant and grocery stores. We would rent again!

Good place for a ski vacation. Easy to get to all the resorts of both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The hot tub was nice to be in after a day of skiing. Kitchen was well stocked with household things.

Sandy House ski trip

Had a great stay at the sandy house. It was close and convenient to everything. Hot tub after skiing always a bonus. Great sled park right around the corner in walking distance. We'll be back next year for sure.
