From the terrace (25 m²), you have a beautiful view over the roofs of Penzing (district of Vienna) and the Vienna Woods. It is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast or to finish up a great day in Vienna with a glass of wine.

The apartment belongs to our family for about 50 years by now. Since it´s location is great (5 Min. walking distance to Schönbrunn castle and only 15 Min. to the city center by public transport) we thought that it would be perfect for travelers who want to visit Vienna.
What makes this property unique
After a great day in the city you may end a your sightseeing on our spacious terrace with a glass of wine.
Most of our guests enjoy the quiet living area with all amenities for your daily needs nearby. (grocery, restaurants, underground station etc...)
