The roof toped terrace apartment is located close to the Schönbrunn Palace. The size of the apartment is 38 m² and very comfortable furnished. From the terrace (25 m²), you have a beautiful view over the roofs of Penzing (district of Vienna) and the Vienna Woods. It is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast or to finish up a great day in Vienna with a glass of wine.
Within 5-7 minutes walking you will find: the Castle, the nearest metro station, a jazz club ("Der Reigen"), restaurants, a grocery store, the technical Museum, the Schönbrunner zoo...
The underground connection is very good and will bring you to the city center within 12 minutes.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, man ist mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet, die man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt benötigt und ist super mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Der Check - in funktioniert allein und einfach, da man vorher genug Informationen erhält.

Kleine gemütliche, sehr saubere Wohnung, in der man zu zweit ein paar Urlaubstage verbringen kann. Netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir würden noch mal in diese Wohnung kommen. Danke.

Great Apartment and host

Great little apartment outside of Vienna. Thomas is a great host who is very responsive. On one of the hottest days of the year, was so kind to bring a fan to the apartment to make it more comfortable. The apartment has a great balcony in a nice neighborhood with a couple great restaurants around. I think it would be a very convenient location but the metro had some construction while we were there which we had to avoid with a few transfers however I don't believe this would be a normal issue. Overall, a great experience and a great host.

Wunderschöne, gemütliche FeWo beim Wiener Schloss Schönbrunn

Wir haben die FeWo sehr zeitig für einen unschlagbaren Preis gebucht. Der Vermieter hat sehr nett und schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Die FeWo ist schön, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist (fast) alles vorhanden was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Leider fehlten (inzwischen?) die Auflagen für die ausgesprochen schöne und (eigentlich) auch bequeme Balkonsitzgruppe. Außerdem ist die FeWo günstig in der unmittelbaren Nähe von Schloss Schönbrunn und der U-Bahn Station Hietzing gelegen. Wir können FeWo weiterempfehlen und haben es auch schon getan. Vielen Dank an Familie Grabetz!

Awesome Balcony and modern decor

Location made it easy metro rides to all major sights in Vienna. Owner was excellent in meeting us at the unit and explaining everything that we needed to know to enjoy our stay. We would recommend this condo for a couple to stay in Vienna. Thanks for a great experience, we will be back.

Why they chose this property

The apartment belongs to our family for about 50 years by now. Since it´s location is great (5 Min. walking distance to Schönbrunn castle and only 15 Min. to the city center by public transport) we thought that it would be perfect for travelers who want to visit Vienna.

What makes this property unique

After a great day in the city you may end a your sightseeing on our spacious terrace with a glass of wine.
Most of our guests enjoy the quiet living area with all amenities for your daily needs nearby. (grocery, restaurants, underground station etc...)
