DIRECT BEACH ACCESS OCEAN FT HOME; 4 BDRM, 3 BATH, 2 MASTER SUITES SLEEPS 12 MAX
TURTLE TRACKS home got its name after years and years of sea turtles coming up near the back patio and laying eggs in the sand. Observant guests may have the incredible experience of watching baby sea turtles emerge from the sand and scuttle off into the ocean, under the moonlight!
This renovated house is a premium beachfront property with spectacular ocean views from all main living areas, and from the upstairs master bedroom. It is a 4 bedroom/3 bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is within walking distance to Flagler Avenue.
An open floor plan makes this house perfect for large groups, and features unobstructed and close-up ocean views through large windows and sliding glass doors. The family room (with big, comfy, sectional sofa), the dining room, and the large kitchen occupy one big living area with direct ocean views. A flat screen TV on a full-motion mount lets you watch television from any of these 3 rooms. With an absence of dividing walls and plentiful granite bar-top areas between the rooms, nobody feels left out at this cozy ocean-front house where family and friends can reconnect.
This property also boasts the largest back oceanfront patio of all homes in the area! The newly renovated HUGE Travertine paver patio is 50' wide by 42' deep and steps down onto the beach and is right on the water. To access the beach simply use the 3 steps off the back deck onto the sand below. The 'mega-patio' has a permanent, shaded seating area with outdoor sofa, chairs and table for outdoor meals and gatherings. The newly renovated patio has a built-in propane fireplace(owner supplies 1 tank per guest) with 4 Adirondack chairs plus a bar top table with umbrella and 4 chairs. If you prefer a wood burning fire, there is also a solo stove fire pit on the patio. The patio is large enough to play corn hole (available for use in the house) while enjoying a cold beverage in the ocean air.
There are two master bedrooms; the upstairs master is over-sized with a new king bed and mattress, and a nice, air-conditioned sitting area overlooking the ocean. There is also a very large, 2nd floor balcony off this bedroom overlooking the beach/ocean with a high table and two swivel chairs: Perfect for stargazing and wine at night, and dolphin viewing with coffee at sunrise! The master bath has just been completely remodeled with a large free-standing tub, huge walk-in shower with beautiful mosaic sea glass style tile, two vanity sinks with a makeup area in between. A large picture window was added to this room providing lots of natural light and ocean view. Also, a new AC system provides plenty of cool air designated to this bathroom alone.
The second master is located on the ground floor. This one also has a king bed, en-suite full bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, single vanity sink area, and toilet. The large, walk-in shower is beautifully done with sea glass mosaic tile from floor to ceiling. The vanity area is also finished in this mosaic sea glass tile from floor to ceiling. It's your own little oasis in this 2nd master bath, and now both master bathrooms are in that clean condition that can only be obtained with NEW construction!
A third bedroom is also on the ground floor with 2 two queen beds. The bathroom for this bedroom is just outside the bedroom. It features a nice, private room with a travertine tile shower, and a toilet. The vanity/sink is actually inset into the hallway directly across from the bathroom door.
The 4th Full-sized bedroom is very nicely decorated, with a queen bed and two twin beds, able to sleep 4 guests. PLEASE NOTE: THE DOOR TO THIS 4th BEDROOM IS DIRECTLY OFF THE UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM. Therefore, the house is listed as a 4 bedroom house and may be most suitable for use by the children of the occupants staying in the upstairs master, because it requires access through the master bedroom. There is also a full-sized Foosball Table in the upstairs landing near the master bedroom.

Why they chose this property
This newly renovated, beautiful beachfront home is owned by a very nice family who pays very close attention to the finer details of their home. This gives you an unforgettable vacation destination. It is one of my absolute favorite properties. We all know the horror of booking (and paying for) "oceanfront" and then spending the week leaning over some balcony, only to get a glimpse of a sliver of ocean far away. Not here! This house is a stone's throw from high tide, with incredible views throughout. Because of this awesome location at water's edge, the minute you drop your suitcases you're going to start to feel and act like a local. The inside of this home is spectacular, but you may not even notice because you'll want to spend so much time on the huge back patio, or upstairs deck, counting dolphin fins in a pod as they cruise through your back yard. The only bad thing about booking this property is that you'll never again want to settle for less! (Oh, and did I mention it's only a couple of blocks to all the shops, bars, ice cream, coffee, and boutiques on Flagler Avenue?)

What separates this home from so many others is DIRECT OCEANFRONT - CLOSE TO THE WATER - PREFERRED BEACH AREA - NEWLY RENOVATED - AND WELL APPOINTED HOME.
Besides all the benefits of the property's oceanfront location as listed throughout this ad, the other benefit is being so close (a couple of blocks, or 4/10ths of a mile) to Flagler Avenue.
On Flagler you can rent motor scooters, bikes, motorcycles, golf carts, surfboards, paddle boards, and kayaks. Sign up for surf lessons, reserve a charter fishing boat for offshore angling- or flats fishing on the intracoastal river, or drive back over the bridge to half a dozen local golf courses on the mainland.
If it’s shopping you’re after, within the several surrounding blocks there are numerous stores for clothing, surf wear, beach items and supplies, hardware, surf boards, liquor, pharmacies, and a major grocery store.
In the same area are a dozen restaurants and half a dozen local bars. Flagler Avenue where the list of stores and activities repeats itself. Flagler boasts some of the best dining and shopping in the area, along with everything from gourmet coffee shops to nightclubs that are popular year-round.
And of course there are the world’s best theme parks about an hour away including Disney World, Universal, and Sea World.
To experience some of the local culture that makes NSB a top rated beach internationally, don’t forget to walk the beach at night to try and spot hatching baby turtles scramble into the waves.
