Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather used towels and linens and place in washer and hamper in pantry before check out.
Place all trash in the garbage bin located in the kitchen before checkout. If overfilled bring bag to trash receptacle off the back of the house.
Please turn off lights and lock up the doors before returning the key in the lockbox located at the back of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
