Cozy small loft apartment on 3rd floor. Totally private. Nothing is shared.
PLEASE NOTE: 24 stairs. Must be able to manage.
This space is fully furnished and accessorized. Separate kitchen area. It is a kitchenette. Everything but a stove. Sitting area and dining table. No tub. Nice shower. This space features 1 full bed, WiFi, heating, AC, and much more.
NO laundry facilities. Laundromat very close. On site parking for one car only.
30-40 minute drive to Boston.
5 minutes drive to commuter rail.
Franklin line train takes 25 minutes to get to South Station in Boston. 20 minutes to Gillette stadium
Policies:Rules ONE tenant only. Adult only. No guests. No pets.
No smoking of any substance. No parties or gatherings. Quiet time observed after 10pm.

Just as described. You have to be able to go up a couple of stairs. Kim was very accommodating to my scheduling needs. Everything you need for a short stay is in the small, quaint, loft. 0.5 miles from Shaws supermarket/grocery store and TJ Maxx and less than 10 minutes to the shopping complexes, Dedham Mall, on Providence Highway- BJ's, Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, Star Market, Burlington store, another TJ Maxx, DSW, CVS, Walgreens, Five Below, . Less than 0.5 or 2-3 minutes drive to the public library etc. Laundromats, Dunkin, Banks nearby. Quiet neighborhood, yet around the corner from everything. Great location!
