Welcome to our bright and stylish 63m² apartment — the perfect place for a relaxing stay in beautiful Kołobrzeg!
The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a comfortable corner sofa that easily converts into a queen-size sleeper bed. There are two cozy bedrooms: one with a 140x200 bed, and the second — originally designed for children with a bunk bed and play area — can also comfortably accommodate adults. A modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine adds convenience, and every room has access to a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
Located in the peaceful and safe Fale Bałtyku estate, guests will appreciate the gated entrance to the apartment complex, providing extra comfort and security. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, perfect for those looking to unwind away from the hustle and bustle.
Guests have access to fantastic amenities such as a sauna, gym, and playground — ideal for families and those seeking relaxation.
The apartment includes a private garage and an additional parking space right in front. The West Beach is just a 6-minute drive away, the city center is 2.5 km, and the pier and main beach are around 4 km away. Vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt und die schöne Bewertung! Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie sich in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt haben und die Ausstattung sowie die Lage Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben.
Wir bedauern sehr die Unannehmlichkeiten durch den Baulärm. Bei den renovierten Wohnungen handelte es sich um einige der letzten verfügbaren Einheiten, die erst kürzlich im Rahmen eines Sonderverkaufs erworben wurden. Diese Arbeiten sind nun abgeschlossen, sodass zukünftige Gäste die Ruhe in vollen Zügen genießen können.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Herzliche Grüße aus Kołobrzeg!

Der Aufenthalt war schön und die Ferienwohnung sag aus wie auf den Fotos. Allerdings war es schwierig mit 2 Töpfen für 6 Personen zu kochen. Da könnte man das Küchenequipment noch ein bisschen aufbessern.
