Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I never got to stay at the location. After I booked, he called and said “there’s a plumbing issue and no one can check in” meanwhile the listing was still up on the other rental app. He also stated “he can get more for the property and didn’t allow me to book. Then said he’d cancel the reservation and never did. VRBO charged me and he hasn’t replied. If he practices shady dealings such as this, I don’t recommend!
