the location was incredible and a very easy walk to the theater, restaurants and shopping. Brendan is one of the best communicators. i should mention (although we handled it fine) for senior guests there are 20 or so steep steps to get up to the apartment.

Cozy, comfortable and convenient. Avon Theatre a 4 min walk, an easy walk to the main street and shopping district.Water temperature and pressure a bit temperamental but probably a building thing. Owner is very responsive.
