The unit is a second floor three bedroom plus a sleeping loft with two full baths. The spacious well equipped kitchen allows guest to keep their vacation more affordable by cooking most of their meals "at home" .
Dells Club is located nine miles north of downtown Wisconsin Dells. On site at Dells Club there is an outdoor heated pool (seasonal), tennis courts, children's playground, fishing pier, and great scenic trail overlooking the Wisconsin River. Guests can also enjoy the river view from their private balcony with table and chairs. Grilling can be done year around with the electric George Foreman grill on the balcony or in the summer there are also charcoal grills by the playground/picnic area.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will enjoy this second floor three bedroom plus loft condo . On the main level there is the fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room, one full bath, a bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed. Up the spiral staircase is a third bedroom with two twin beds, an open loft area with a full size futon, a second full bath and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The unit is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families-- especially ones with kids.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
A representative will greet the guest, acquaint them with the condo and answer questions they might have about the condo, the complex or the area. At check in a service fee of $100 will be collected by check or cash. This service fee covers the check in service, linens, paper products, and departure cleaning.
The Dells Club is a private waterfront community close to Wisconsin Dells and all the outdoor activities the area offers--boating, canoeing, tubing, horseback riding, hiking fishing and more! It offers the comforts of home at an affordable rate in a serene, scenic setting .

Please note:
- GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A $100 SERVICE FEE at check in that covers the check in service, linens, paper products and departure cleaning. This is not the same as the VRBO booking service fee.- We do not have the means for onsite processing of credit cards at check in, so we ask that you bring cash or check for any payments due at check in.
- This condo sleeps 8 persons MAXIMUM.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced & include children of all ages
- The per night/weekly rental rate is inclusive of 6 persons, Guests 7 & 8 are charged

minimum during holiday time or special events.

Week end getaway

The kids and I had a very nice stay at the condo, hade a very nice time, the property was very pretty with the water and walking trail right there, and the property met our needs very clean and spacious, we had no issues. The weather was perfect for doing some mimi golfing and walking downtown at the Dells. Thank you Carol for hosting the kids and I , we will definitely be back!!! Perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle of thcity but yet not too far.

The property description & pics were spot on. It was the perfect amount of space for my family of 5. The pool was probably the best part of the property for my kids (ages 18,17,12) & was very clean. If we go back to the Dells, my kids even said they’d want to stay here again. And last but definitely not least is that the property owner was very pleasant to work with. 😊

Disappointed 7/8/25 - 7/11/25

Upon arrival, I was informed that the front bedroom lacks air conditioning. Had I been aware of this, I would have chosen a different property.During check-in was advised to contact the housekeeper or the property manager for any issues. However, my first call, when our unit lost power, was not well received, so I refrained from making further calls.Later, I discovered a layer of dust on the Kuerig, toast crumbs and crumbs around the toaster, and crumbs in the silverware drawer. Additionally, there was hair on the toilet upstairs, and the power went out twice. Direct TV also malfunctioned frequently, and there was blood on the upstairs sheet. During our stay, the patio door also failed to lock unless forcefully pushed and the male in my party was the only one who could do it. At the end of our stay, we stripped down the sheets and pillowcases, and one of the pillows was yellow. Upon checkout, I left a note detailing the issues. The property manager called me and informed me that the blood was from the housekeeper. She also dismissed the patio door issue as not a safety concern since the unit was on the second floor. The issue of the yellow pillow was addressed by her stating “it is covered with a pillowcase, I see no need to replace it”.To further dismiss my concerns, she sent me a text message, stating that all my issues were minor and non-existent.

Nice getaway away from hustle and bustle

Loved this condo for our family to stay at while visiting for a dance competition! Just the right amount of space for 3 adults and 2 children. So much better than trying to cram us all in a hotel room for a week! We loved the scenery around the condos and the kids enjoyed walking the property in the little free time we had. We did get to enjoy the pool one evening as well, definitely a hit for our girls. Thank you, Carol!

Whirlwind Dells trip

Residence great for three generation group. Grandkids loved loft and spiral staircase. Nice place to relax after busy day of activities, not too far out of town. Pool was really nice.

Very nice condo. The location is fantastic for whoever want quietness and peace after a busy crazy day at the dells. There were some minor details that needed to be done but the host was very quick at addressing our questions and issues. Great experience overall and very beautiful property.

Great getaway on the Wisconsin River, near the Dells but peaceful.

Carol’s place was very clean and as described. The view from the deck was beautiful. Close to the Dells but far enough away to get peace and quiet. The home had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.

Just What We Needed

Nice 2nd floor condo. Enjoyed the porch and the view of the river. We also appreciated the short commute into the Dells which allowed us to get away from the crowds when we had enough. Kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed, but a few plastic or unbreakable dishes and glasses for kids would be a nice addition. Games available in the club house, which was a bit inconvenient. Playground was a nice touch. Overall, we had just what we needed.

Great condo away from the busy

We had a great stay. After the hectic days in the Dells it was great to just travel a few miles out of town and relax next to the river. Quiet, peaceful, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying in this fun condo, especially if you have younger children.

Excellent choice

Communication with property owner was excellent. She actually met with us at check in. Property was conveniently located just ten minutes north of the Dells. Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was stocked very well with pots/pans/ and utensils. Will definitely try to stay at this property again when we return

Great stay at Dells Club Condo

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo overlooking the river. We had everything we could possibly need and it was very quiet. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Wish it had been a little warmer so we could have enjoyed coffee or drinks on the deck. Perhaps next time! Carol was very helpful and check in went smoothly. Thank you for the lovely stay!

A short drive

I had held a small gathering for a bachelor party at this location. The host, Carol, was always responsive for contact and easily reachable. The condo that we had rented was extremely clean and conveniently located near the dells. I would recommend this location for families. Thanks again Carol!

Family Retreat

the property was clean quiet and easily accessible. I felt very safe on the property. the pool was nice and the river front area was absolutely pastoral. All interactions with the property manager Carol left me feeling better than i had. She addressed everything; she assisted us in finding activities, food delivery and was able to secure discounts for us at the water parks. I could not have had a more restful time with the family.

Just far enough out

This was a family vacation with 5 adults and 1 child. It was a very comfortable unit, having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are a lot of steps, both getting from the parking area to the building and then steps up to our second floor unit. The spiral staircase going from the first floor to the second floor was a bit narrow but our 4 year old granddaughter loved going up and down. The kitchen was better equipped than some places we have stayed and we had everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample pillows and blankets. The pool was very nice as well. The unit is about a 15 minute drive from downtown, but it was nice to leave the hustle & bustle and have quiet surroundings to relax. If we are back in that area, we would stay there again.

Winter vacation

This was the perfect setup for our group. My kids loved having their bedroom upstairs while it's adults were on the main floor. We also really liked being able to do laundry.

Nice and quiet area, nice walking trails, accurate listing, very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a very good time and all guests loved it. Had all the home needed amenities. Hope sometime in future to patronize again considering how often we visit the area.

I started Fun Stays in 1997 as an avocation when my husband and I owned just one condo in Wisconsin Dells and one in Myrtle Beach, SC. Over the years it grew with us purchasing additional units, assisting other owners in renting their units and networking with timeshare and vacation club companies. We have now come full circle, retiring, and just renting our own units as an avocation!

With the assistance of my husband Steve and my assistant Mary in the Dells Fun Stays is a very small business t that is "hands on"! We take pride in providing clean and comfortable accommodations at affordable rates. Our believe is that vacations are an important means of creating special memories with family and friends, and we hope you will allow us to assist you in that endeavor!

What makes this property unique

. At Dells Club our guest will enjoy the outdoor pool, tennis courts, children's playground, . river edge beach, fire pit, walking trails, and more . When relaxing in the condo there are three TV's equipped with service from Direct TV offering over 100 channels to choice from including Showtime for movies, ESPN and Disney channels. There are also a DVD player, board games puzzles and books.
