Farallon – An unforgettable holiday in paradise awaits you. Travelers to this beach will find themselves borne away by the deep-blue waters of the Pacific Ocean and its warm gentle breezes. Located on the Pacific coast just 80 minutes from Panama City. This house was inspired in Thai Architecture. This more than 1 acre beach house is located beachfront. At the same time, the house is secluded in a private development “Quinta Sol y Mar” in order to have privacy away from the rest of the community. Close to Buena Ventura and Playa Blanca resort; the exclusive and gorgeous house was distinctively planned by the owners to enjoy quality family time.

The property was even more beautiful in person that it is in the pictures
We had an amazing time at the house. The setting was beautiful. Right on the beach. More outdoor space than we knew what to do with and with the temperatures as consistently perfect as they were we wanted to be outside day and night. We had one issue with an air conditioner in a bedroom and the owners had it fixed immediately. The two staff members at the house treated us like royalty. I would highly recommend that other renters avail themselves of the staff. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay. I would recommend this house to anyone and I intend to go back as soon as I can.

Overall, good beachfront property, just make sure you understand the "concept"...
This is a great beach property! I will separate my review by positives vs watch outs: Positives: big beachfront property. It has lots of green areas. The big palapa with the living/dining/bar is amazing- it is an outdoor living property. I could imagine myself as a team having amazing parties there! The palapa is super breezy, has many hammocks and is incredible for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view. We really enjoyed having our meals there. The caretaker is great too! The first night he offered us some cheese arepas that were delicious! The watch outs: I was confused by the pin in the google map location- the property is NOT inside Buenaventura- make sure you are clear in terms of where it is exactly located. Also, this is not a one building home- it is 4 separate structures: the entrance, another building with 2 bedrooms that connect with 1 door, another building that has one bedroom plus the kitchen/laundry and the palapa which holds the living/dining. If it rains and you want to go from one to the other, you will get wet because there are no covered passages between the structures. Also, if you want 100% privacy, you will not get it- there are several cameras (one monitoring the kitchen) and the others the outdoors. The description says it can sleep 12 people- don't see how that is possible unless at least 4 people sleep in the palapa on the hammocks! the house is within a gated community and you need a 4 digit code to get in... however, it seems that a lot of the people around that area know the code so a lot of cars driving in to get access to the beach. Also, they are finishing an apartment building nearby and that created construction noise during our stay. I will not stay again because I vacation with my elderly mother and having to go outside on stepping stones to go to the kitchen is not ideal for us because of her. Again, if you want mainly outdoor living, this is the house for you!

It's situated in a really nice beach area and the house was very comfortable.
The place is very well situated and quiet, except on the 1st of Jan, since there is a public access to the beach almost next door, it was terribly crowded and noisy that day... Besides that, we were able to relax and truly enjoy our vacation. We also had the JWMarriot facilities a few blocks away, so we had access to their fine restaurants and amenities.

Really nice house in a quiet enviroment
We really enjoy our stay, we were a group of 10-12 young friends and had an overall good experience; I've listed some pro/cons on this property so that you can have a better picture on what to expect. The house is really nice, with nice decoration and in a really quiet enviroment. Is great for a weekend with friends and/or family. Beautiful garden, with a small pool and, since this is a beachfront parcel, you have an outstanding ocean view from the terrace. The beach is quiet and really nice too, we have been alone the whole weekend and could enjoy a lot there despite the weather was not the best. Please don't expect a caribbean beach! this is a regular Panama pacific beach, similar to Buenaventura, warm temperature, it is not fully transparent and have some few waves. There is a big supermarket 3 min from the house, that's great because you don't need to bring everything for all the days that you are staying. The BEST 2 things are: 1) The HUGE open terrace with ocean views, oustanding for a get togheter, eating, bbq, etc and is also very well mantained, 2) The Staff (Mery & Francisco) they were really kind to us, helped a lot cleaning and mantaining the house in order and in addition very polite and on top of everything we need. The "not so good" things you should consider are the following: 1) Actual Capacity: Although in the publication says "Sleep 12" the house has real space to accomodate 8-10 people in 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 queen/king size beds. The 4 extra places to reach the 12 are cots that can be placed in different places of the house or directly in the bedrooms. Bear this in mind because the price is considerably higher for each new guest (aprox $100 per guest per night). In addition there is a fridge in the kitchen that is kind of small to keep food for 12 people staying 2-3 days, and there are not enough plates/clutery for 12 either, so consider this when planning the menu. There is a big freezer so maybe is better to keep your things there frozen or buy in the supermarket what you need for each day. 2) Mosquitos/Bugs: Be prepared! in the afternoon/evening you will be welcomed by a cloud of hungry mosquitos/chitras, I think that this may be worse during the panamenian humid season (form Apr to Dec). We stayed in Nov and we literally had to cover ourselves in strong bug repellent! There is no closed living room or get-togheter space so unless you go directly to the bedroom there is no escape from them!

Amazingly Beautiful Private Beachfront Experience!!
If you are looking for a beach front property for your stay in Panama look no further. Illianne was not able to greet us when we arrived, but the property caretakers Ariel & Raquel made us feel welcome and immediately provided assistance with getting us settled into the house. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and during our stay had a vow rededication ceremony with family and friends and Illiane advised we could hire Ariel & Raquel to assist with light cooking and general assistance. They both were absolutely wonderful and the day of the ceremony their assistance was invaluable. I would highly recommend them to make your stay even more enjoyable. The property grounds were meticulously maintained and rooms were very clean, which reflected directly on the work and dedication of the caretakers. The Rancho outdoor space was awesome and probably my favorite space with plenty of lounging and multiple hammocks to enjoy the beach front view. I enjoyed the small pool as a place to take some refreshments to relax and cool off. The private beach front was just awesome the weekend we stayed we saw very few people and felt like we had our own private beach while sitting on lounge furniture under shaded pergola. The property also has wifi access to stay connected during your stay. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the property and will consider it again in the future for visits to Panama. Oh and did I mention I highly recommend making arrangements for Ariel and Raquel to assist you during your stay.

I had a vision when i bought this property, I was one of the first to buy a space at Farallon. Now thanks to the Resorts and Touristic Development this property is really good located.
