Condo is staffed 24 hours a day/ 365 Days a year, with live people not a keyed door. Parking Garage has a security officer at the gate observing and recording vehicle plates. If a Car arrives without a Plastic security card the vehicle is rejected and turned away. So your talking ultra safety. So you can the discretion to advise the desk to hold all calls to the condo. Or allow all calls. Or to call you when Miss Jones Arrives or not call you and allow Miss Jones to come up. They will send the Pizza guy up or tell him to wait for you to come down, at your option. You only need pick up the intercom phone in the Condo and bark out orders.
Bring company as you wish without interference or with interference. You and your guest have full rights and access to all the building amenities, Pool, Fitness Center, You can have guests arrive without questions or you can any/all guests fully questioned prior to Elevator door or lobby entrance. This is PRIVATE as you want it to be. You call the privacy shots and make the decisions.
You have a private Condo , all yours! Nobody else here. Bring company as you wish, You have full rights and access to all the building amenities, Pool, Fitness Center. Nothing is shared here except the elevator and front lobby entrance.

Smoking...If your smoke this will be an impact for you. There is no smoking in the Condo an no Smoking in the buidling. But I know a little secret place to smoke that we will keep between myself and you. Don't worry its a easy solution. We have so many restaurants immediately close and a list will be forwarded to you.
