(NO PETS PLEASE) This 2400sq ft house sits on a full acre of land. When not lounging by the pool or challenging friends and family to a game of pool, you are a 5minute drive to the heart of downtown Sag Harbor or 2 minute drive to Long Beach on the Bay. Downtown Sag Harbor is known for its quaint art galleries, wonderful gourmet restaurants and a relaxed vibe not found in other parts of the Hamptons. The pool/guest house provides a fun hangout for teens or a perfect place to unblock your writer's block. Hammocks and swings provide escapes around the properties. During the summer, enjoy a lap in the salt-water pool .

Amazing home!

We had the most wonderful vacation at this property. The grounds are beautiful and the decor in the home was impeccable. They had everything you could’ve needed at your fingertips and it was so relaxing here! Dayle was incredibly communicative for the few times I had questions. We would definitely return for another vacation. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Perfect Vacation Home

Overall, it was outstanding. The house is amazingly well equipped. You can find anything you need. Beautiful layout with spacious bedrooms. Perfect pool and outdoor area. Great location, just minutes away from the town. We will come back here! Spent amazing time! Thanks to the hosts!!

Great house

Came her with my family. House was great and communication for check in and throughout was excellent. Very close drive to Sag Harbor Main Street and nearby towns.

Every detail considered

This place was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The house was clean and comfortable. The yard was a private oasis. No complaints. Thank you.

Making lasting memories

My husband and I met our 5 children who live in NYC for 5 nights. The screened in porch was my favorite. The home had so many choices for us to eat or gather together! The home was better than the pictures. It was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. It was probably one of the best stocked houses I have stayed in with VRBO. The location was perfect! close to town and beaches, while giving absolute peace and tranquility with secluded, spacious, maintained grounds. The beds, linens and pillows were very comfy. The host was very hospitable and accommodating, providing us with recommendations etc. I would highly recommend, and hopefully will try to stay next summer for a longer stay. The Sutorius Family

I bought this property because I love Sag Harbor and its "vibe". On a clear night, the moon and the stars are so bright that you think that you're in heaven. Teens love to spend nights in the pool shed because it's away from the adults, but not too far away. The place has a welcoming feel.
