Beautiful 2BD-2BA Condo - Minutes to Beaver Creek

Newly remodeled & furnished 2 BD, 2 BA condo with garage. Professional photos pending installation of blinds & artwork.

30 night minimum stay and lease required per HOA. Pets not allowed.

Sleeps 6 max (children & adults) and 4 comfortably. King bed in master and Queen over Queen bunk bed in guest.

Master bathroom has shower and second bathroom has tub/shower.

Electric fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, W/D, and everything you'll need for your stay. Condo has extra sheets, blankets, towels, plus started kit including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap.

There are 2 dedicated parking spots; one in the garage and another in the parking lot. Garage can fit a medium sedan or small SUV. Garage is also great for ski & bike storage.

Condo is on the second floor so guests will need to walk up a flight of stairs.

Avon Crossing condo complex is located next Starbucks in Avon and an easy walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, coffee shops, ski shops, etc.

Easy access to Beaver Creek with multiple FREE and convenient options to get there: walk to Gondola or Elk Lot’s direct ski shuttle or take Avon ski shuttle. You can also drive to Beaver Creek Village and pay to park. Vail is a only a short 10 minute drive from Avon.

There are endless family friendly activities to do locally year round. If you have any questions or would like suggestions feel free to reach out.
