Peaceful/Farm/Country Getaway-The Beloved Milk Barn is Back! Nolensville, TN

After almost 2 years off the short term rental program, the Milk Barn is back!

Located near historic Nolensville TN , The Milk Barn at Artesian Springs is a fun and relaxing escape for couples or families. This renovated dairy barn features 2 bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, and beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Decorated in simple Farmhouse style, the main living area has comfortable seating and features a flat screen Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime movies. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including full size appliances, microwave and dishwasher as well as a Coffee Bar.
The dining table has seating for four. Two private bedrooms are down the hall with luxury linens on queen beds. Outdoor areas include a creek side fire pit, picnic table and a charcoal grill (charcoal not included)

This cozy house is close to major attractions, but far enough away for rest and relaxation. Explore Franklin's historic downtown area or shop to your heart's content at Cool Spring Galleria, both just 15 minutes away. Spend a night in Downtown Nashville just a 30 minute drive, or visit one of the many infamous music venues around town. Stay close to home in Nolensville, strolling through antique and specialty shops, the Amish market, or the Saturday morning Farmer's Market. At the end of the day, kick you feet up around the bonfire and listen to the crickets and the bubbling creek!

Our place is located on 18 acres that was, at one time, part of a large dairy farm. We are less than 2 miles from Nolensville, a small charming family- oriented town. Nolensville offers several great restaurants including award winning Martin's Barbeque, family owned/operated Amico's Italian restaurant as well as several great breakfast spots.
Arrington Vineyards is just a short drive to the south, and we are minutes from Mint Springs Farm, a luxury wedding and event venue.

Update: The new Village Green is now open with a Publix grocery store and several dining establishments, just 2 miles down the road! Nolensville Town Center coming asoon!

- We love children, however, be aware that the house and grounds are not "child proof" so please supervise your children at all times.
- Please be mindful of our family home next door and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Do not enter the pasture with the horses. Feel free to pet the horses through the fence.
- Our overnight guest limit is 4. Please accurately reflect the number of guests in your party at the time of booking. No additional overnight guests allowed. If you plan to have others visit during your stay, please let us know. No parties or large gatherings allowed.
- Please clean up after yourselves at the creek area and fire pit. Firewood is provided. Please extinguish fire before leaving the area.
- NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the house.
