About this property

This is an one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a converted cedar barn. It has a queen bed and large bedroom, a full bath and another room that has a sofa, TV and a small kitchen. There are private entrances and a private patio. Located at Honey Farm Rentals, the grounds are large, peaceful and appealing. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Our farm has animals, beehives and pasture. Pets are only allowed upon approval by owner.

Beautiful, quiet setting

This was such a cozy, relaxing getaway, the owners are so sweet and accommodating. The donkeys are an added bonus, we became friends instantly!

Originally from West Virginia coalfields, my husband and I moved to the Houston area in 1981 in search of employment. We're still here and our children and grandchildren are all native Texans. I'm retired now and enjoy the flow of new neighbors, since we live on the property, Honey Farm Rentals.

Why they chose this property

We wanted the convenience of city life but with a bit of privacy and greenery. We are the best kept secret in Katy. Even though we are within the old town of Katy, we are secluded and unseen.
