About this property
The 1845 Outpost in Historic Annapolis
Welcome to The 1845 Outpost, a comfortable, well-equipped home in the heart of Annapolis.
Built in 1845, the same year the U.S. Naval Academy opened its doors, this outpost has been a steadfast neighbor and witness to history.
Home to two USNA graduates, Classes of 1993 and 2024, this house has been an outpost of sorts for countless Mids in search of a relaxing respite from the rigors of school. We hope you enjoy it and make some memories during your stay.
