This home looked great on the pictures and reviews. It was one of the most expensive rentals in this region during low season however there were multiple problems that should of been addressed prior to our visit that made our stay disappointing:1. Getting in and out was a pain. Door wouldn't open and had to leave key in garage since lock not working. This was stressful when your trying to enter and leave this home hoping that there is no break-in with checking out. 2. Flies and mosquitoes everywhere along with dead bugs in rooms. We were all attacked. Maybe using some bug spray around prior to visits. 3 Dirty floors -easy fix4 Sewage smell- not sure on this one. 5 Broken cabinets - easy fix 6 Room upstairs had hair, no hot water, ac not working and broken screen led to warmer room -easy fix 7 Alarm ringing every 10 minutes annoying by main door. Not sure why this was occurring. 8 Remote controls everywhere and annoying that we had to walk into each room to find out which connects to which fan, ac, tv. This should be labeled.8 Asking us to clean before we left but there is a cleaning fee included. Makes no sense!I contacted the owner and she simply said this should of been addressed during the visit. Huh! This should of been addressed prior to the visit. Hopefully these problems will be resolved for the next guests. A partial refund would of been the fair and honorable thing to do as I am a also a renter and have done this when clients are not satiisfied.

El hecho de que el dueño construyera una rampa para cuando llegáramos al saber que mi esposo está en silla de ruedas no tenemos palabras para agradecerlos. Nuestra estancia fue relajada con un ambiente de familia. Todos involucrados en rentar esta casa fueron profesionales y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Mi familia y yo recomendamos rentar esta hermosa casa. Los propietarios son muy atentos a las necesidades de sus visitantes.

The pictures for this home don’t do justice. Very beautiful & spacious. Love that there is 4 bathrooms & one right next to the back patio. Brought my mom & family here, they absolutely loved it! Kids loved the pool tablet. Also it is very clean.
