About this property

Your countryside getaway awaits at this charming 2-bedroom house surrounded by lush nature. With 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms with showers, guests will find their stay here truly enjoyable. There is also a very large comfortable sectional with chaise lounge and electric recliner for additional sleeping space. The cozy heating and refreshing AC ensure a comfortable stay.
We are located only 25 minutes from Springfield, 45 minutes from Branson and 3 or 4 minutes from Ozark Mountain Raceway Park.
There are a couple of nice swimming/fishing holes on the Finley river only minutes from the property and can be floated depending on water levels.
We are 35-45 minutes from 2 very good floating outfitters on the James River.
We live close by and are usually available for any special needs and are excited to be now sharing with others the home we raised our family in for 22 years.
Note that the 3rd bedroom will be available soon. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

This house is perfect for a small group of friends or family looking to get away to a quiet secluded spot surrounded by nature and a cozy family house to snuggle inside. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and overall just felt like home. The host is very easy to get ahold of and the price was perfect. They even left us snacks to enjoy! Would definitely recommend!

We didn’t spend much time at the house because without internet, only 3 basic channels to watch, no dvd player to watch a movie. No outside furniture to enjoy the decks and beauty of the woods. Also without internet we had no phone reception for family to communicate with us. The beds were comfortable and this place is in a quiet location. Host was flexible with check in time which I appreciated even though we didn’t get there any earlier than normal check in.
