The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Return the key to the lockbox. Not leaving the key will result in a $15 fee. Throw used towels into the laundry bin, and place any trash/rubbish in the rubbish bin near the lockbox.

Extended hours to leave, if available, can be charged $10/per hour and no more than three hours. For those arriving early, you can leave your luggage at the host’s house next door at 4 Ada Place.

After you check out, please send a message to notify the host right away.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Commercial photography and filming allowed.

When you leave, return the key to the lockbox. Throw used towels into the laundry bin and place any trash/rubbish in the rubbish bin near the lockbox.

Please turn off the lights whenever you leave the house to help us not waste energy for the environment.
