La casa de Craig es muy bonita. Es cómoda y está decorada con buen gusto. Betlem es una colonia muy tranquila al lado del mar. Todo perfecto. Los puntos negativos son la falta de aire acondicionado y el cobro del wifi aparte.

Beauté et sérénité pour cette partie sauvage de l'île

Maison fonctionnelle, bien équipée et décorée. Piscine partagée appréciée Pas de commerces à proximité, prévoir une dizaine de km pour accéder à des magasins à prix raisonnables. Nombreux chemins pour randonnée ou juste se promener dans un décor somptueux.

Schönes Haus mit kleinem Garten in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Casa Stevens. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch der kleine Garten ist nett und gemütlich gestaltet, schön wäre ein direkter Zugang zum Pool. Es liegt sehr abgeschieden, man fährt noch 8km bis zur nächsten Umgehungsstraße, d.h. Auto ist Pflicht. In Betlem gibt es nur zwei Restaurants und einen kleinen Tante-Emma-Laden, der auch nur morgens öffnet. Brötchen zum Frühstück kann man dort sehr gut holen. Für Ausflüge im Norden von Mallorca ist Betlem aber eine gute Ausgangsposition. Die Casa Stevens ist die linke Hälfte eines Doppelhauses und liegt neben einem Apartmenthaus. In der rechten Hälfte, die zudem sehr ungepflegt ist, hatten wir leider während unseres Urlaubs sehr laute Nachbarn, die uns die Abende draußen auf der Terrasse sehr verleidet haben. Deren Aufenthalt draußen zog sich bis tief in die Nacht. Das war sehr ärgerlich und ließ sich nicht ändern.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse und der Balkon laden jederzeit zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool ist super, es sind genügend Liegen vorhanden. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne, entspannte Woche verbringen dürfen und können dieses Domizil nur weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank an Familie Stevens für die reibungslose Abwicklung!

Sehr schönes Fereinhaus

Casa Stevens hat uns sehr gefallen, alles war wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlte nichts. Durch die abgelegene Lage des Ortes Betlem war es schön ruhig, genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Das Wetter hat das Übrige zu einer rundum schönen Urlaubswoche beigetragen.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger, wunderschöner Gegend

Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen, da wirklich alles fantastisch geklappt hat. Craig hat per Email alle relevanten Infos rechtzeitig bekannt gegeben und es war alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Superschönes, kleines zweistöckiges Häuslein (Doppelhaushälfte). Kleiner Garten und schöne Terrasse (zum Frühstücken und Abendessen einfach perfekt). Innerhalb von 15min kommt man zu einem wahren Traumstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser und weißem Sand...den kleinen Fußmarsch dahin würde ich in Kauf nehmen...das lohnt sich wirklich. Nach einer 45min Wanderung erreicht man eine weitere traumhafte Bucht. Ebenfalls mit kristallklarem Wasser aber mit bräunlicherem Sand. Ebenfalls wunderschön und aufgrund des Weges und der Entlegenheit sehr ruhig und angenehm. Es gibt auch zwei tolle Restaurants in Betlem...eines 50m vom Haus entfernt, das andere (Casablanca) kann man nach ca 5-7min Fußmarsch erreichen...klare Empfehlung für dieses Restaurant, fast schon kitschig schön (Reservierung am Abend ist sinnvoll). 50m vom Haus entfernt gibt es auch einen kleinen Laden, der jedoch nur von 8-11 geöffnet hat, jedoch alles hat was man braucht...frisches Brot, Ensamaidas und Getränke und sonstige Kleinigkeiten. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diese Unterkunft fahren...für Familien und Freundesgruppen ist diese einfach perfekt. Der Pool ist auch superschön. Danke Craig das wir in deiner schönen Wohnung wohnen durften!

ein sehr schön eingerichtetes haus, sehr gepflegt und sauber in einer ruhigen lage (ein kleiner Supermarkt 30 meter entfernt). wir haben fast jeden tag den gemeinschaftspool genossen (für groß und klein geeignet), der nie überfüllt war.

Very comfortable

We enjoyed 3 weeks in Betlem and stayed in this lovely house. It's comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equiped and there's a utilityroom with all kind of stuff you could possibly need. There are 2 bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs. It's all very clean. There are nice sofa's, chairs for inside as well as outside. There's no airconditioning but there are fans which are very good. There are shutters all around the house which keep the house cool. There's a very nice swimmingpool, the temperature of the water is lovely. This pool is only for the houses nearby and is never busy. I've never seen more than 11 people in the water....(incl 3 of our family...) There's also a tenniscourt you can use. There's a beach nearby (rocks) where you can go for a swim and there are loads of nice beaches in the surroundings (rocks and sandy beaches). We booked a car at the airport for the whole period which is necessary. Contact with the owner is easy, fast and. Contact with the housekeeper once you are there is also very good. Betlem is a small village and has only 2 restaurants and 1 shop (open in the morning). The restaurants are good, the people are very friendly and nice. We have been here several times. We would love to go here again one time.

Had a great time!

The 4 of us spent 10 days playing tennis, enjoying the pool, lazing around the very luxurious house and driving to new places and eating out. This is a perfect part of Majorca to explore other areas as well as hide away and enjoy the peace of the local area. Lots of walks to the mountains and beaches nearby and at least in April it seems well kept and tidy as an area but not at all busy. our children are 7&9 years old and loved the chance to splash about in the pool and laze around on the big sofa, and the house is just the right size for 4. Will return again and would recommend to friends as a lovely peaceful getaway with good access to places of interest.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem Kommfort

Wer die Ruhe sucht und trotzdem in einem schönen Ambiente wohnen möchte, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Meer und Berge in unmittelbarer Nähe - was will man mehr. Ein fahrbarer Untersatz ist aber notwendig, falls man die Umgebung erkundigen möchte. Ein Feriendomizil für Urlauber, die abseits vom Trubel die Seele baumeln lassen möchten und sich von der Hektik des Alltags erholen wollen. Auch für Famlien mit kleinen Kinder bestens geeignet.

Optimales Feriendomizil auf Mallorca

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier am richtigen Platz! Keinerlei Trubel! Das vorgefundene Feriendomizil hat die Bilder im Online-Inserat übertroffen. Es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt - wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Poolanlage war groß und nie überfüllt. Am Tennisplatz musste man selten auf sein Match warten. Allerdings sollte man auf jeden Fall ein Auto zur Verfügung haben, denn größere Einkäufe sind nur außerhalb Betlems möglich. Wir haben in unseren zwei Wochen Urlaub die ganze Insel erkundet und freuten uns immer wieder erneut auf die Rückkehr in "unser" Ferienhaus in Betlem. Dieses Feriendomizil würden wir jederzeit Freunden weiterempfehlen!

Great time in Betlem

We had a great time in Betlem. Everything was according to description. We can recommend this place to everyone who looks for quiet and relaxed holidays with (small) kids far a away from the all the typical Mallorca trouble. A short advice: if you arrive at night it's useful to have a pocket light to find the entrance.

Great House in Betlem!

We had a great time in your house (20090509-20090611) and Betlem seems to be one of the best places to be in -Mountains and sea in a great combination. We did some small trips almost everyday and really enjoyed to come home to the not so crowded Betlem. The front yard was huge for our one year child and he took his first step there. Thank you very much - Hopefully we will come back to Betlem, and your lovely house.
