Great house for entertaining! Bachelor/Bachelorette parties welcome. Austin City Limits! SXSW., F-1. Very large three story 3,319 sqft home located 2blocks from Zilker Park. Walking distance to Downtown, Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake (otherwise known as Town Lake) Alamo Drafthouse and a ton restaurants. Only 1.5 miles from downtown. Heated “Spool” it’s a spa/pool it is approximately 8ft wide by 16ft long, 3-4ft deep. Heats up fast. Parking for 6 cars in driveway/garage. Spectrum internet.
Updated backyard with turf and tiny house.
It is a 4 bedroom. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with full bathroom, cable/tv.
Upstairs back bedroom has a queen bed with a queen pull out sofa, cable/tv and full bathroom. Middle upstairs bedroom has two twin bunks. Master has a living room suite with full sofa pull out bed and king bed on third floor loft, cable/tv. Very large balconies.
Towels, paper products, hair dryers, bottled water and small toiletries provided. If any special accommodations are needed please ask. House is very clean and comfortable. We welcome everyone. Responsible entertaining. Please smoke outside. Have fun!!!
** 1 king, 3 queens, 1 full, trundle with 2 full beds. 1 small pullout single bed in tiny house. Plenty of blankets/sheets are in the closets. Sofa beds all have extra mattress pads and liners for extra comfort.

All I ask is for everyone to be kind and treat my home as if it was yours. Responsible fun!

Beautiful Austin Home

Staying at this beautiful home exceeded our expectations and was even better than it looked in the listing. 9 of us staying there had plenty of space. It was clean, safe, and quiet but close enough to the action with a long walk or short Uber. Huge thank you to April.

Great ACL House

Stayed here for the 2nd weekend for ACL. Not only was the house walkable, it had a heated pool, so when we were ready to head home, we heated the pool and finished listening to the concerts from the pool. Communication with property manager was so easy and helpful. It was such a great house! Would definitely stay again!

Home away from home!

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and the house was better than expected! There were more than enough beds for the 8 of us and the pool/outdoor area was a beautiful hang out spot throughout the weekend. The location is perfect and in walking/short Uber ride to everything we had planned for the weekend. The girls couldn’t stop raving about the house and we’d all stay here again. Thank you April!

Perfect Austin getaway

We had the best weekend in Austin staying here!!! This is the most beautiful house with the most picturesque yard and plenty of space! April was the greatest host and easiest to communicate with! She made the whole process a breeze and made sure we had everything we needed and more! Very highly recommend!!

The home was perfect for us! The house is an interesting layout with bedrooms, but the pool and couch were IDEAL for lounging and chatting! April had fresh flowers and plastic utensils to use. We cooked dinner and 2 breakfasts at the house and it was super easy!

Nice house. Short beds

Very nice house with a lot of space and great features like the heated pool. Only down fall is the beds. Only 2 full length beds in the house. The rest of the beds were short children beds.

Sorry you felt they were too short. They are listed as bunks and futons with pictures. The queen air mattress is standard. The twin bunks do fit adults. I’ve slept in them many times. Next time I have 12 grown men rent, I’ll make sure I mention in the future or might replace futons. Thanks again!

We never wanted to leave!

A large group of friends and I rented this property for a wedding in Austin and can't say enough good things. The location is phenomenal and very walkable to tons of restaurants, bars, and other attractions. There was more than enough room for everyone in the house (we had a group of 11!), April communicated every step of the way, and it was the perfect place to hang out for a large group. We particularly loved the "spool" in the backyard and honestly could've had an amazing weekend even if we never left the property. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Beautiful home close to tons of restaurants and nightlife - perfect for our bachelorette party

The house was amazing. Fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect weekend—kitchen supplies, grill, coolers, towels, etc. Tons of beds and bathrooms, perfect for large families or groups! The outdoor area and pool were perfect for enjoying there weather. There was plenty of room in the kitchen/open concept living area to play games, eat, and relax. April, the owner, went above and beyond! She was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had all of the information and instructions we needed before we arrived. She even asked what the bride’s favorite flower was and had a bouquet waiting on arrival! Would highly recommend this property!!

A wonderful rental experience. Great owners, house and location.

We were looking to rent a house for my wife's 40th birthday party and had multiple people coming into Austin to celebrate. We had looked at numerous other rentals but after meeting the owner at this house (We live in Austin) we knew this was the right place. The owner was very accommodating and gave us all the information needed to operated the amenities. The house itself was larger then we had guests to fill and gave our over night guests plenty of room to spread out. The "spool" and large kitchen provided great entertaining areas. The location was perfect for walking to Barton Springs and Lamar to visit restaurants, bars and convenience stores. I would definitely use this rental again for a gathering of friends and family. This is an amazing rental and thank the owners for sharing this home with us.

Amazing house!!!

We had a wonderful weekend staying in this amazing Austin home. From the first contact, April was prompt with all communications. Their home was clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for our group. The beds were comfy, kitchen and baths updated and well stocked. And, the backyard with the refreshing "spool" was a wonderful paradise for relaxing in the sun. Location can't be beat with Zilker Park and wonderful dining places within walking distance. The owner's extra touches like fresh flowers, wine, waters, fruit and plenty of bedding, towels and paper supplies made our 5-star stay special. We have been renting VRBOs for over 10 years and by far this has been our favorite home and the best owner communication we have ever experienced. Thanks so much and we will see you next year!

Best home in Austin!

This home is perfect!! We had a wonderful weekend again staying in this amazing Austin home for ACL. I was in contact with April for an entire year and she was prompt with all communications. Their home was clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for our group. The beds were comfy with an extra back house for my son to stay! The kitchen and baths are updated and well stocked. The backyard is paradise. The refreshing "spool" and seating areas were perfect after a long day at the music festival. The location is great close to Zilker Park and wonderful dining places are also within walking distance. The owner's extra touches like wine, waters, fruit and plenty of bedding, towels and paper supplies made our 5-star stay special. Truly the best weekend of my life

I stayed at this property with some friends and family for a reunion. We had been looking forward to it for the past two years, and we kept needing to push the date due to COVID-19 and accommodating everyone's schedules. April was so incredibly understanding and flexible, and just so kind and generous throughout the process. She was just so appreciated by all of us. On top of April being so wonderful, the house is absolutely beautiful, and the neighborhood is so picturesque. We all wanted to move in! Truly it was the best weekend of my life and so needed after the past two years. Absolutely recommend!

Perfect House and Host for ACL

Hosted my sister's bach weekend at April's house and this house had everything we needed. Was comfortable for a group of 9 and April was the most helpful host we could have asked for. Her and I had an easy time communicating via text and she could not have bene more helpful/friendly and accommodating. Oh- and the SPOOL was a major plus! Would definitely return and/or refer friends to the house.

Great Property and Great to Work With

The only Reason I'm rating the Accuracy of the online listing as a 4 instead of a 5 is because I think some of the photos (especially of the 1st floor great room) don't do the property justice. I also think a floor layout would be helpful for people to understand the interesting master bedroom layout.

Comfy and great location

Great place for our extended family! We walked to Barton Springs, Snow Beach, a couple of coffeehouses, great barbecue place. Plenty of sleeping options, plenty of towels. Only glitch was lack of propane when we wanted to grill. Ended up cooking on the stive, so had a lot of clean-up.

Amazing Austin Home!

April's home was exactly what our group of girls was looking for! April was super easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was comfortable and stress free. The home is stocked with plenty of blankets, towels, etc. The house was big enough for our group of 9 to spread out and also had large common areas so we could all hang out together. We especially enjoyed the pool and being so close to the downtown area. Would absolutely stay here again!
