We weren't provided with check in information until we were on the plane on the day of arrival. We were told that there was a digital keypad on the front door and provided with the code. When we arrived on site, they keypad wasn't working (and was never fixed) and had to call managment for access. We were sent a text with a video telling us how to locate a lockbox on the side of the house with keys.

The house was clean and accurate to pictures. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We had issues with checking in as the key pad wasn’t working. Messaged the manager and didn’t hear back. Fortunately we found a lockbox on the side of the house and were able to get the keys because it had the same passcode. The hot tub was not functional. Half drained, dirty upon arrival. Also the pool heater was not working. Messaged the manager and owner about this and received messages along the lines of “we’re looking into it” and “we’ll let you know when we have an update.” When the pool maintenance guy finally arrived, he said the heater and hot tub have been broken for two months. We still enjoyed our time because the house itself was in good condition, had a few warm days which made the pool usable. But be aware this house does not have a functional hot tub and the pool heater does not work despite “heated pool” being in the main description.
