3. Local Taxes: Tourism Dirham tax of AED 20 per night is applicable on this Property, as well as 5% VAT. We will collect these taxes on arrival, should it not be collected by VRBO automatically for any reasons.
4. Access Cards: Kindly return access cards/keys in good condition at the allocated areas. In the event of lost cards, a replacement fee of AED 2000 per card will be applicable.

• No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the VRBO property. Guests must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighbouring units – esp. during nighttime hours (e.g. 11 p.m. – 8 a.m.)
• No Smoking: Smoking (incl. shisha/hookah) is strictly prohibited inside and outside.
