We’ve always loved the beauty and peace of Mt. Nebo/Summersville Lake and the New River Gorge National Park. We enjoy spending time outdoors....hiking, boating on Summersville Lake, and exploring the trails in our gated community. Hosting gives us the chance to share this special area with others and meet people from all over. We take pride in making sure our guests feel welcome, comfortable, and able to fully enjoy everything our neighborhood and home have to offer.

We chose Mt. Nebo for its peaceful, scenic setting and the sense of privacy it offers. Living on Old Gauley Road means being surrounded by nature while still being close to Summersville and the lake.

What we enjoy most about the neighborhood:

We love the easy access to the outdoors, just a quick walk to Summersville Lake and the private trail in our gated community. The area is quiet and relaxing, with beautiful rolling hills, mature trees, and plenty of wildlife. We enjoy morning walks, evening sunsets, and clear, starry nights, all while being part of a friendly, welcoming community.

Nestled on Old Gauley Road in a gated community, it’s just a quick walk to Summersville Lake and our private trail, giving guests easy access to the outdoors. The home features a saltwater hot tub, and a game room, making it ideal for both fun and relaxation. With one of the largest homes in the area, there’s plenty of space for family and friends to spread out. Surrounded by peaceful rolling hills and mature trees, it’s a serene retreat that’s still close to everything you need.
