The carport area underneath the house has a rolling gate that can be closed for safety - very helpful for containing kids, pets, Grandpa, etc.
Kitty Hawk dining institutions Art's Place and Ocean Boulevard are a short stroll or bike ride up the beach road and other popular establishments Bad Bean, Barrier Island Bagels and Rundown Cafe are also very close. TV's in every bedroom offer flexibility and privacy. The cathedral ceiling great room and upstairs den provide living space options.
