Welcome to your home away from home "REX RANCH"! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is set up to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers.

This is a non smoking house please do not throw cigarette butts in the yard. There is a can on the back porch for cigarette butts. If we have to clean this up there will be an additional charge. $50
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS. $100/day plus any damages.
Extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is found to be abnormally dirty. Fee will be based on cleaning amount.
Things happen. If any kitchenware is broken or lost please tell us so we can replace it. You will only be charged what it cost to replace

This property was excellent! There were a lot of nice touches, including a stocked coffee bar, snacks on the table, and toiletries in the bathroom. AC worked great and the house smelled very clean! Beds were firm and comfy. TVs in all of the rooms. There is a very nice fenced-in backyard with a grill and cute patio table/swing. Highly recommend this property and owner… THANK YOU!! A

We had a wonderful stay at Rex Ranch! The home was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our trip. The beds were especially comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, bedding, and blankets available. We also really appreciated all the extra supplies for cleaning, along with toys and games for the family, it made traveling with kids so much easier. The location was convenient, and the air conditioning worked great. The hosts were fantastic, very responsive and easy to work with. Even the neighbors were friendly and a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and well-kept. Though the house was older, the inside had been renovated and was very comfortable. We appreciated the little extras like snacks and water bottles that made our stay more comfortable. We also stayed over Halloween weekend and the host left some Halloween goodie bags for our kids which was so thoughtful.

Hard to understand you leaving this review. The house was in perfect condition as listed and shown in the pictures. You rented the house, not for yourself but for a work crew. We host many work crews and they do a great job taking care of the house. Your guys did not. We do understand that people have different acceptable levels of cleanliness but the way the house was left by your guys was unacceptable. This is the reason for the additional cleaning and ($1000 Brand new dishwasher broken) repair charge. Garbage disposal had a beer twist top chewed up and stuck in it along with chicken bones. Beer tops in every room and in some of the beds. Beer tops outside along with cigarette butts all over the ground. The washer and dryer both had trash, change, nails and sunflower seeds left in them. The floors were a wreck. The kitchen was a disaster, the dishes were hand washed but probably because the they broke the brand new dishwasher. Multiple towels were stolen and others were destroyed. Food was left on the ground on the back porch and was covered in ants. The fee of $200 wasn't even really fair for us but it was something. We do appreciate you acknowledging the fact that your guys did not treat the property great and you paid the extra fee. This is why we left you a fair review and while we would not host your work crew again we were happy with your communication and willingness to make the damages right by paying the extra fee. This is why we clicked that we would rent to you again. It is sad that you left the low review that you did without any justification.
