At the heart of the property lies a large private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a lush garden, perfect for relaxation under the tropical sun. Villa Scalina also offers a variety of dedicated spaces to suit every guest: a children’s playroom, a fully equipped fitness room with LifeFitness equipment, and a private office overlooking the pool, complete with a monitor, printer, and wireless internet covering the house, garden, and pool area.
The social areas are equally impressive, with two elegant dining rooms, a stylish living room, and a modern Bora kitchen with pantry, equipped with high-end appliances including a Miele 90 cm baking oven, Nespresso coffee machine, two large LG refrigerators, and two ice machines.
