Great location for MTB - just 2 miles from Black Bear/Stormin' Norman and 200 feet from Dirt Church. Nice firepit next to the river for hanging out. Nice view of Burke Mtn from the front. Accommodated 4 of us nicely. We will be back.

About the host
Hosted by Matthew Baratta
We are 4 close friends who enjoy all things outdoors. We try to spend as much time in nature as possible, whether it is hiking, mountain biking, surfing, skiing or looking for wildlife.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the Northeast Kingdom years ago for its endless adventures and wanted a place to spend as much time in the wilderness as possible, exposing our children to a life of adventures, whether it be kayaking the local streams or hiking to the tops of mountains. The Northeast Kingdom provides as much adventure as anyone wants.
What makes this property unique
The property includes 6 acres of fields and wooded forests along the Pasumpsic River with several access points to the river. Enjoy the trails through the fields of wildflowers and berries, or walk the trails through the woods along the river. The property extends from rock wall to rock wall, see if you can find them both.
