Large house composed of 3 bedrooms, one en suite, all with ceiling fans and built-in cabinets, large living room, dining room, both with ceiling fans, full kitchen. It also has an apartment over the garage composed of a living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Large lawn with garden and large balcony with hammocks. Very light and airy house. Residential location but with several shopping options nearby: restaurants, bars, hypermarket, pharmacy, cinema, shopping mall, kiosks, etc.

Casa super aconchegante quartos grandes e ventiladores deram conta do calor que fazia a noite, Mas o que mais agradou foi a receptividade do Ricardo que recebeu eu e meus amigos muito bem e até deu uma de guia turístico me ajudando a conhecer melhor os lugares de cabo frio e arraial do cabo. A casa fica a 10 min de arraial do cabo e muito bem localizada, próximo a tudo. Obrigado ricardo pela oportunidade de conhecermos esse lugar maravilhoso, com certeza irei voltar e me hospedar novamente na casa.

Já aluguei 2 x o imóvel, em setembro de 2017 e janeiro de 2018, a casa é exatamente conforme as fotos e o anúncio. A localização da casa é ótima. O proprietário é muito atencioso e prestativo. Super recomendo! Voltarei ainda mais vezes .
