3. Check-in starts at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. It is $25 per each hour earlier/later. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

4. Guests are typically not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you`re booking within your city.

5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed.. Smoking violations are subject to a 1000 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.

6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

7. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy and unauthorized bringing of pets will result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

8. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

9. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels.

10. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.

11. Please double-check your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind in the unit may be discarded by our cleaning team, as we cannot guarantee their storage or return.

12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.

The unit was very clean and looked recently updated. The owner was responsive and friendly. The location was excellent, close to shopping, hiking, restaurants and golf. The only reason for 4 stars is that it was a little sparse on towels, pillows, kitchen "stuff", etc. There was just enough for our stay. This is an easy "fix" and I'm sure the owner will add some item and this will be a 5 star place. I would recommend staying here.

Upon arriving to the condo unit that was not in the location as described, we walked in to a live cockroach on floor, large stains on area rugs in living area, and overall cleanliness was questionable.

Everything is fine in this place except for the owners “fake excuse” for not being able to lower the thermostat any farther than 70 degrees. You just don’t want to pay the extra utility. You hit the jackpot having to mechanical engineers staying at your place. It will not damage the ac to go below 70. You are just trying to scare people into thinking they would be liable for something that won’t happen or if it does it is wear and tear. The place is clean and good location so I am more than fair giving 3 stars. But you should advertise that the thermostat stays at 70 so people can decide if that works for them. Especially in Scottsdale! I think it’s a little bait and switch. Not a vacation if you can’t sleep.

It was a very clean and neat property. The owner was very responsive to any messages before and during the stay. There was plenty of room for me and my friend to hang out for a long weekend. We didn't really use any of the complex amenities, so I can't speak to those. There were not any supplies provided for the coffee maker, so my friend had to go back to the grocery store to purchase K-cups. Also, the fridge does make ice in the freezer, but it doesn't make water, so if you don't want to drink tap water, you need to bring bottled water. The only disappointing part of our stay was at the end. I needed to take a work zoom meeting on checkout day and asked to check out 1 hour later. The owner said I could, but for a 25 additional charge. I understand needing people to check out so the cleaning crew can get in, but I don't think you should be "nickeled and dimed" after paying a decent amount for the rental.All in all it's a nice place to stay if you are hanging out in north Scottsdale.
