Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony as well as comfortable cottage-style decor with tile throughout make this 1,542 square foot, three bedroom, two bath fourth floor condominium a renter's favorite.

Fully appointed kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Great Place to Stay

The property was great. Convenient access to grocery stores and restaurants right across the street. Private beach access goes with the condo. Several pools if you get tired of the ocean. Very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend staying in this property!

The stay was great! Condo is very nice but does need some updates. Slept horrible, beds or pillows are not comfortable at all! The pools were great, especially the kiddie pool, used the gym several times!

Stay was amazing. Easy check in process. All the staff at the resort are very helpful. Condo was exactly like the pictures. Loved the private beach. The pools were great for kids who wanted time away from the beach. Beach was very clean. Only negative comment is the 2 non master bedrooms in the condo have worn out mattress’s that need replaced. Did not sleep well. Was an amazing stay overall. Would come back and definitely recommend coming here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures do not do justice on this very nice condo! Our family really enjoyed our stay. From the moment we checked in the condo smelled clean was impeccably spotless. Plenty of towels and beds were comfortable and agin clean. Big bonus was the ice maker. The pools were very nice but because of the weather the spa was the place to be. We loved the view and proximity to the beach was amazing. We felt very safe inside the complex and noise was never an issue.

Pretty nice

The condo was in good shape and as advertised, we enjoyed our stay; however, there were some things that were less than perfect. Upon arrival, the front door was cracked open instead of locked with the coded doorknob. The locks for the sliding balcony doors were rusted and definitely need attention. When we checked the kitchen, there were a few things that weren't clean: there were two coffee cups that were put back in the cabinet dirty, there was silverware that had little pieces of food caked on. There was a half-eaten pack of Ritz crackers left on the counter. In spite of this, the majority of the place was quite clean and in good shape. The beach view is great and can be seen from the kitchen, living area, and master bedroom. The pools and hot tubs were awesome. The lobbies are well-maintained and the guards and groundskeepers are friendly, helpful and professional.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at seachase for many years and always enjoyed it until this trip. The vent in our rooms were covered with black mold. The floor was filthy when we got there. It had been vacuumed probably, but our feet would turn black when we walked on it. The walls in the room had cracks around the plugs. And only one elevator worked our entire stay. The pools were beautiful as always, but it looks like they are just letting the rooms go. Our entire family became sick after a couple days in the room. Probably because of the ridiculous amount of mold

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been looking for a condo that we could rent every year instead of searching for one on VRBO. I think we found it with this one!! The condo was great!! Clean, spacious. The beds weren’t bad- granted the mattresses could use an update, but they weren’t bad. The pots and pans were definitely not great ones but they got the job done. We really appreciated how we got the call to see how check in went and how the stay was afterwards. One thing I don’t understand is why check in isn’t until 5pm- they called us at 1 and said it was ready, but at 5pm you’ve lost the entire day. Other than those few minor things we lived it and we will be back!!

Homey family friendly place

Our condo was the perfect size. 5 adults, a 2 year old & infant. Pool & splash pad were perfect for smaller kids. Beach area was busy but not over crowded like other areas. We stayed in the west condo across from a wal mart which was perfect for groceries etc. lots of good places to eat very close by. Quiet at night so kids could sleep. Will be back!

Any issues (Minor) that we had was taken care of asap. All employees that we met were very nice and helpful. Especially want to give Dennis the Maintenance employee a shout out for his help. Only negative I have is the parking. We were charged and extra $25 for 2nd car in our part even though they advertise 2 parking places per condo. Most nights had to park on the opposite side of the property which was a long walk back to your condo.
