Bring your family and friends to a tropical paradise and book this gorgeous and spacious villa. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with its 5 bedrooms - 3.5 bathrooms. This villa has all the ingredients needed: AC-hot water-beach chairs-WiFi-alarm system-safe-full equipped kitchen-BBQ- and above all amazing outdoor space with large and fresh swimmingpool to spend quality time in privacy, while only MINUTES away from the hotel strip of Palm Beach!

This villa is perfect for large groups of friends and family who are looking to spend quality time away from the busy resorts!
The 5 bedrooms in total will easily outdo any hotel experience and give everyone space and privacy.
Not just one but two master bedrooms have their own attached bathroom. The other three smaller bedrooms share a bathroom and an additional half bathroom.
Our master bedrooms have kingsize beds, two of the other bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and the fifth bedroom has two single beds.
The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the necessary pots and pans and dishes to make sure you can prepare meals at home and save a bundle on dining out every evening. The appliances in the kitchen are brand new and we have a great ceramic stovetop, a dishwasher, microwave, a large fridge, blender, toaster, coffeemaker! The large large dining table on the patio by the pool will make dining in just as fun as any restaurant. You can even order a chef in to come and cook your meal!
The villa is completely airconditioned so you can enjoy and sleep on nice cold sheets after a long day sunbathing and visiting Aruba's beaches.

Our villa has a great outdoor space with a delicous fresh pool and chairs to lounge by the pool to enjoy the sun, but there is plenty of space to also enjoy shade at the hottest time of day. Outdoor shower, bathroom by the pool, loungechairs, large dining table, and to make things complete a great BBQ grill to have fun and cook outside.
We also provide great Tommy Bahama beach chairs which are very comfortable and easy to carry, so you can save on chair rental on the beach. Of course we also provide a cooler and beach towels!
We value our guests safety so our property is fully fenced so you will have all the privacy you need, we have a great alarm system with 24/7 monitoring and we also have a safe for you to store your valuables.
Our home has hot water and free WiFi.

Our villa is perfect for you! There is a tennis club right next door where you can obtain a day or week pass and also use the gym. They also have a casual restaurant for you to grab a bite.
You are about a 5 minute drive from the strip of Palm Beach with the High Rise hotels and all it's watersports, entertainment and restaurants.

Fabulous Time

We had a great stay at Carpe Diem. The house was in a great location close to restaurants and wonderful beaches. While we didn’t use the pool much, choosing to enjoy all Aruba has to offer, we enjoyed eating and playing games in the outdoor seating area at night. The house was well stocked and we had zero issues while staying there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great girls weekend!

Jose and rixt were fantastic from time of booking until check out. The house was perfect and very welcoming. The pool was a great escape and was where we spent the majority of our mornings/early afternoons. It was a quick walk to the beach/hotels. Would definitely recommend/go back.

Aruban perfection!

Nine of us enjoyed an 8 day stay here. There was plenty of room for all. We all commented on how the beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept in! The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the house is in close proximity to all. A quick 2 minute drive to Palm Beach. Jose and his team were attentive and efficient. We would highly recommend this rental. Truly perfection!

Perfect for Our Group

The home was amazing! We were a group of 8 adults. It exceeded all our expectations. Perfect location if you have a rental vehicle to get to anywhere on the island. Very close to beautiful beaches of Palm, Eagle and Arashi. Just a 20 minute drive from the airport. Jose was very friendly and greeted us at check in and check out. He was readily available for any questions or concerns we had. If you are on the fence about this place, book it, I guarantee you will not be disappointed! If travels take me back to Aruba, we will definitely rent this home again!

Absolutely Fantastic Home!

We were a family of 4 adults and 5 children ages 14, 13, 12, 10 & 7 years old. The pictures of Opal 9 are exactly what it looks like. Clean & well appointed home. Very spacious, huge master bedrooms with bathrooms on point. All of the beds were very comfortable. The pool was a hit with the kids. After a good amount of time on the many beaches we visited, the kids looked forward to jumping in the pool in the afternoon as we sat under the covered patio with a glass of wine watching them all play. Upon arrival, Jose was there to welcome us and give us all of the information we needed on the home. We felt like the home was ours. The alarm was a little tricky but we felt safe enough not to have to arm and disarm everyday. The A/C's in all of the rooms worked perfectly. Shutting them off while we were not home was key to keep us within the range of usage for the week. The tap water is drinking water and delishious if I may add. We were provided with beach towels 2 coolers and 6 beach chairs. This was extremely helpful since we went to a different beach everyday. It took only 2 days to figure out how to get to the main area's of the island. We rented a 12 passenger van which enabled us the liberty to visit all of the many "hot spots". Opal 9 is located approximately 7 minutes from the Ritz and the main road by all of the hotels. We can't even begin to express how much we loved this home. Perfect, in every way!

From the time I found this property online up until the day we checked out, everything was on point. First, Jose and Rixt answered every question I posed. No matter how small, big, dumb or irrelevant, they answered swiftly and accurately and professionally. Second, check-in / check-out process was smooth. We arrived and were met with professional, friendly attitudes and faces. They explained everything in detail about the property as well as the surrounding area. Third, the property itself is exactly as pictured. We had 9 people comprised of 4 couples and one solo guest. The way the house is laid out gave us all our own personal space. When it came time to convene as a group for breakfast and dinner there was ample space. Electricity and water - There is a weekly allowance for both. If you go over, there is a fee per usage. There is no need to worry, but you do need to be mindful of waste. Each bedroom has its own AC unit, so turn each one off once you leave for the day. Don't turn them back on until you're ready for bed. It literally takes less than 5 mins to cool the bedroom down. Be mindful of your shower time and hot water usage. Remember to turn off the outdoor ceiling fans when you leave for the day. If you don't plan on night swimming, then don't turn on the pool lights. Laundry wise, we hung all of our beach towels on the clothes line. We only washed necessities like underwear and used the dryer for those. Again, just be conscious of your energy and water usage. Lastly, and unrelated to the property, since we had such a large group, we ended up cooking our own breakfast every morning. The stove is easy to figure out, but the oven is tricky. Google is your friend for temp conversion and help figuring out the symbols. For dinner one night I hired Chef Ilja (Chefs Aruba on Facebook) and he served us a 6-Course Dinner Party in the comfort of the house. It cost less to hire him than it would have cost nine of us to go out and eat - and to be honest, we couldn't have gotten a better meal in any restaurant around there. No kidding, the 6-course dinner was so damn good that before he cleaned up and left, we booked him again for two nights later to do his Gourmet Barbecue. We've already discussed that wen we go back to Aruba there are two things that we must do: 1 - Stay at Opal 9 or another Casa Mia property 2 - Hire Chefs Aruba for the best culinary experience ever Thank you again to Jose and Rixt!!

Villa Carpe Diem was the most perfect spot for seven girl friends vacationing together for the week! Plenty of room for all and cooking/grilling there some saved us quite a bit. Such a great value, Having a washer and dishwasher was so nice. Everyone loved the pool! We truly loved our stay and would definately return.Now for the amazing and personal service of our hosts? PHENOMENAL!!!! Communication was perfect in every way.Rixt help arrange two of the seven to “sneak in” the day before in order to put together a suprise 50th Birthday party for our dear friend and she was happily shocked! We were met by Daniel and he was such a warm, welcoming, laid back and WONDERFUL HOST!!! Please do not ever hesitate booking with The Marin Team, they are amazing folks with top notch accommodation's.

Villa Carpe Diem in Noord, through Casa Mia, was not only an incredible value (one fourth of the price of the big name all-inclusive resorts on the coast) but it set the stage for a perfect adventure in Aruba. Centrally located for so many island excursions and beaches, Villa Carpe Diem is south of Arashi Beach and east of Hadicurari Beach and Tres Trapi, but generally in the north central part of the island. We found Noord close enough to the west coast beaches, while also placing us nearer to more adventurous locales in the east, i.e. the Ostrich Farm, Arikok National Park, Conchi natural pool, etc. Only fifteen minutes north of Oranjestad, and about ten minutes from Eagle Beach, this really was the perfect location. We still made it down to Baby Beach (fifty minutes south).The property itself was immaculate. Flanked by a wrought-iron fence, there was plenty of space for our whole crew and the setup at the pool in the back helped bridge the busy days into dinner plans, giving everyone time to wind down, relax and enjoy the space. Having a washer and dryer was clutch, the unique floor plan was really well designed for each group to kind of have their own little nook, and there was even a local grocery store and cafe/coffee shop less than a minute down the road.It really was an incredible, perfectly located and beautifully maintained property that we would easily come back to and visit again. Fit the bill

I fell in love with this property online. We were looking to travel Aruba and needed a rental that met the needs of 9 family members ranging from 5 to 65 yrs old. Everything was perfect. We loved the private pool, dining space inside and out, the hammock and all of the room for everyone to have their own space. The host Daniel was terrific and quick to respond. The location was convenient with the grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely return as this is a perfect place for an Aruba vacation. Everyone enjoyed our stay here. Great memories had by all.

Awesome Experience

Our group of 9 family had a wonderful time! Daniel was so attentive and caring. He responded to all my questions, not only about the property but even for Aruba with quick response. One time when needed something fixed, he sent the handy man right away and took care of the issue. House is amazing just as listed, pool and patio our favorite and location is prime!

Paradise!

This house is in a wonderful location. Very close to beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants. It is very quiet. Has a fantastic pool. The area surrounding the pool is very accommodating. A great place to relax and recover from the adventures of the day. The master bedroom is huge and luxurious. All the bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. It was just a wonderful place to stay!

Paradise in Paradise

We had an amazing stay! Everything about the house was absolutely perfect. We received a ton of helpful information about the house and Aruba from the owners before we even left. Check in was easy - Daniel the property manager was prompt and attentive and incredibly helpful. He sat with us at check in and gave lots of local recommendations for food and activities that all were spot on! The house was spotless, well appointed and everything worked. Location is perfect and Ting Wei - the local grocery had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great vacation!!

Phenomenal House and Amenities - Highly Recommend

The house is exactly as advertised. The owner was responsive to anything we needed (which wasn’t much). The place was stocked with great beach towels, and plenty of them. Numerous beach chairs that were good quality and easy to carry. Pool setup was top notch and included rafts, fins, and snorkel equipment. Chairs around pool were comfortable and of nice quality. Outside table was large enough for the 8 of us to eat and play games. The hammock was a real hit with the whole family (ages 11 to 75). Beds were comfortable and pillows were plentiful. Less than a 7 minute drive to multiple beaches (including Palm and Eagle). You should rent a car if you stay here as parking is easy around Aruba and at this house. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed, though the grocery stores around the house were a lot (a lot!) more expensive than the ones near airport and town. Ice maker in freezer was robust and a travel beach cooler was even provided in the house.
