This 3BR/2BA cabin sleeps up to 7 in a peaceful wooded setting. Features a Sleep Number king with Tempur-Pedic pillows, hotel-style bedding, and individual climate control. Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen make it easy to gather.

Highlights include the fireplace, fire pit, arcade game, giant Yahtzee, and pickleball rackets (courts on-site). Private deck with seating + parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Guests enjoy access to community amenities including sports courts, playground, clubhouse, and a private lake just minutes away.

Self check-in via smart lock. Quiet neighborhood with frequent deer sightings, close to restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return all wristbands and car tags to kitchen table, and any borrowed items to original locations. Set main floor thermostat to 76°F and turn off others. Turn off lights. Log out of streaming apps.
Load and start the dishwasher if you used dishes. Place all used towels and sheets in the bathroom on the first floor.
Empty all trash cans into bags, and take all trash and recycling to the community bins at 117 Thornberry Ln (community office).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The Poconos has always been our favorite escape, starting as a place we'd vacation to ourselves. We love sharing it with guests who want a cozy mountain retreat for every season. Hosting gives us the chance to create a space where families and friends can slow down, reconnect, and make memories. Whether it’s sipping coffee on the deck in the fall, skiing nearby in the winter, or simply gathering by the fireplace at night.

We love this neighborhood because it combines peaceful woodland surroundings with great community amenities and an unbeatable location. The neighborhood has a private lake, clubhouse, playground, and sports courts, but it’s also just minutes from Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski areas, Kalahari, Camelback, and hiking trails. We love that it’s quiet and family-friendly while still central to everything the Poconos has to offer year-round — from fall foliage and skiing to summer days by the lake.
