Interesting review from Greg. We only asked for a small reimbursement on the extra cleaning — to prepare for the next guests. Regarding the 'not a private backyard' comment: the property consists of three cottages on two lots at Broadway & Poinsetta. The entire courtyard is gated & we lost quite a few trees and heavy landscaping in the storms, but we’re continuing to replant and improve it. Most of our clients are repeat guests who appreciate clean houses. Recovery from hurricanes isn’t instant, but we’re on it. We look forward to it.
