Everything that could’ve gone wrong went wrong, there was no barbeque upon arrival when the host provided it. It had no cooking grills when I ran the dishwasher. It leaked all over the floor. It took me three days to get hot enough water to have a good shower. There was no dish soap, en suite toilet, didn’t flush.

My mother raised me here, and after she passed, I took over the home to keep it in the family and honor the memories made within these walls. Sharing it with guests is something I do with a lot of pride and care.
The neighborhood is quiet, welcoming, and truly feels like a community where neighbors look out for one another. A peaceful park with a mile-long jogging trail is just a short walk away, along with a beautiful Catholic church down the street. The library is only five minutes away, and some of the best Hispanic food in the city is within a ten-minute drive.
